This South Seas privately owned two bedroom, two bath condominium is nicely furnished complete with a beautiful re-done kitchen! You will enjoy sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai. The property is fully stocked with everything you'll need, from the kitchen to beach chairs and an umbrella.

South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Registration/Parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay per vehicle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation at Marco Island! We had no issues. The property managers made everything very easy, and the condo was perfect for us. It was very clean, spacious, very well equipped and had wonderful views from the balcony. We loved having sliding glass doors in the living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen had just about everything we needed, and the complex is in a great location. We really enjoyed playing pickle ball, tennis and shuffle board. The walk to the water was much longer than expected (it took about 15 minutes), but we decided to think about it as built in exercise. We appreciated that the unit had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and a couple of beach umbrellas. This really was a wonderful vacation condo and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a Marco Island vacation!

Worth every penny😍

Our stay here was perfect. Access to the beach and the view from the condo was everything we were looking for to soak in the sun rays on the beautiful Marco Island. It was our first time visiting Marco and we are already planning to return for an even longer vacation and this same condo for next year! My family consists of my parents and my sister and I. We are both over the ages of 18 and we're comfortable in the twin beds provided at this condo. We were mostly out exploring the island and what Florida has to offer but when we came back at night or during the day it was a comfortable place to unwind and maybe run down to the beach to soak up the gorgeous sunsets! The beach is less than a 5 minute walk to reach the water. This condo is located in the center of the 6 mile long beach front that the island allows for walking and admiring it's beauty. 100% recommend. You wont be disappointed with what Marco has to offer!

Excellent view and close to the ocean

The condo was not as clean as expected it to be, but the view and the ambiance was worth the money. I would state here again. A vacuum cleaner is a must with all the sand.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Modern, very well equipped kitchen (exceptional for a Vrbo); Comfortable living area; Plenty of beach chairs/towels; Great view; Very clean unit; Overall building/grounds/facilities very well maintained with a fitness center; Laundry available for a fee in the building; Covered parking; Good walking distance to a number of restaurants (make reservations early in season); staff were very responsive to wifi not working.Cons: A LONG walk to the water/beach (not uncommon for Marco but probably 1/4 mile - sand is pretty hard so fairly firm surface to walk on though); Beds are very firm and only a queen in the master; In late February no sunset view from the balcony.If you want to rent a boat suggest Rose Marine, but book early.
