The 200 m2 house has a 2000 m2 garden with a panoramic view of the bay of Lancieux and a protected terrace facing south.

First floor:
Entrance, large living room with fireplace, open to the dining room (exceptional and panoramic sea view), semi-open kitchen (sea view) fully equipped, 1 bedroom (sea view) with 2 single beds 80X190 that can be joined, a shower room and separate WC, a master suite with double bed 160 x 200, bathroom (garden view with direct access to the terrace).

On the 1st floor (carpeted in all rooms):
Large landing (reading area), a bedroom with two single beds 80 x 190 that can be joined, (garden view on the terrace side),
a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 (sea view), a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 (sea view), a bedroom with 2 single beds 80 x 190 that can be joined (garden view on the terrace side), separate toilet, a shower room, a bathroom.

In the house, various equipment is at your disposal:
A high chair, a travel cot, sun loungers, a gas plancha, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, satellite TV,..
Possibility to park 2 cars inside the property.

Sheets and towels not provided, Weekly rental possible: 20 euros including VAT for a double bed, 17 euros including VAT for a single bed, 6 euros including VAT for a bath kit per person.

Water, gas and electricity package are included in the price, with an extra charge if exceeded (depending on meter readings) as well as cleaning between two rentals.

Lancieux is a charming little family seaside resort ideal for spending good times with friends! You will find many things to do: water sports, kite surfing, 2x 9-hole golf, fishing, sailing club, hikers' walks and its G34 trail along the coast of the Emerald Coast, horse riding, tennis, tourism... The village is located 17 km from Saint-Malo train station (2 hours 26 minutes by TGV direct from Paris), 10 km from Pleurtuit airport near Dinard, 20 km from Dinan (magnificent medieval town).

Parties, gatherings, animals... are not allowed.

Tourist tax not included in the basic price: 3% (depending on the number of people present and the number of nights during the stay).
