If you are looking to adventure around Bend there is no better place to stay! We are located just a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of downtown, steps from the Deschutes river, and just a 5 minute drive to the Old Mill district. We hope to see you back again next year! Take care!

We know furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone! We are blessed to be able to make this a comfortable spot for all and a place to make new memories. With being just steps away from the popular Deschutes river trail, right next door to a gorgeous park and only a ten minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend, theres a little bit of fun for everyone!

So glad you enjoyed our condo Jill! The river views of the Deschutes and walking distance to downtown make us one of the best locations to stay in Bend. We try and keep an assortment of cooking supplies and spices to give it that home away from home feel! I will be sure to give kudos to our housekeeping team on a job well done, they are great. Sharon, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Reviews are a great way for us to know what we are doing right and what we might need to improve on. It does seem like you may not have had the best impression starting out your stay. We are glad to see you enjoyed the views, the fireplace and found the room to be spacious. We have since reached out to VRBO and had them correct the listing with no sofa beds being advertised, they have corrected this, we truly do apologize for the confusion there. We do offer an onsite office that is currently staffed Thursday-Monday from 10am-7pm that is always willing to help when they can within their means. After hours we offer a phone service to assist guests however they can. We can assure you though that our housekeeping staff uses a very strict cleaning checklist that is specific to each room, so that things do not get missed. We have since had guests come and go in this unit that have not had any issues with the dishwasher not working. We hope you will give us another chance to wow the socks off you in the future, we really are the best kept hidden secret of Bend.
