Welcome to Fatizou!

A bright, spacious apartment with windows on two sides, located in a quiet and secure building.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), the apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, an open kitchen, a traditional living room, a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate restroom. You’ll have all the necessary amenities (sheets, towels, kitchenware, etc.) to make your stay enjoyable.

A large Moroccan living room, a dining area with a dining table (work/dining space)

A bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a separate restroom.

The apartment is located in Hay El Mohammadi, Ouarzazate, 2 minutes from the Ouarzazate Multidisciplinary Faculty, 7 minutes from downtown, 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Studio Atlas, and 10 minutes from the Kasbah of Taourirte. Cafés, grocery stores, a stationery shop, an internet café, a pharmacy, and a hammam are nearby, within a 100-meter radius. (Directions via Google Maps)

You’ll have private access to the entire apartment:
2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room.
The kitchen: You can cook here and have access to all the appliances, including a stovetop, mini-oven, kettle, and panini grill. You can store your food and groceries in the cabinets and the refrigerator. Self-service: tea, coffee...
You can watch TV in the living room or sit there to relax.
The dining table can also be used as a desk for working.
Other notes
Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent are included in the stay.
You can also request the laundry service upon arrival: laundry washed, ironed, and delivered the same day (for a fee)
