Imagine sipping an adult beverage from a beautiful beachfront home on a pristine sandy beach!! We have 22 miles of beautiful, remote, unspoilt beach. Our beachfront home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home is beautifully decorated, and comes with lawn chairs, and outdoor seating and dining. The 1st master ensuite bedroom (attached bathroom) has a queen bed, beach views, stylishly appointed. The 2nd bedroom has a beach view, and a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds, 3 twin, 1 double, with additional double mattress and bedding. All new stainless steel appliances, fresh drinking water (delicious well water that passes through 4 filters, a UV light ray, and a RO at the kitchen sink), modern decor. Washer/Dryer, large patio with plenty of outdoor dining, lounging, etc.
The home has 3 televisions, and wifi.
Las Dunas at Santo Tomas is a collection of about 40 quality homes in a gate-guarded private beachfront community. ATVs and sandrails are allowed, with a few restriction. Ask for more information if this is of interest to you.

Right on the beach, a little walk down some dunes to get to the water. Beach was completely empty during the week, a few little families showed up on the weekends. We loved the house, it was perfect for two couples. We spent all day on the back patio staring at the water, the dolphins, the fishermen and the pelicans. It has a hinged door so even our bigger dogs thought they were locked in when it was closed and didn't try to roam. We were truly able to relax. Sleep was amazing-long and deep. We certainly will want to return.

Great location! Right in the beach. Host was very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. The cameras in living room a patio felt intrusive. Must carry everything down thr stairs to lower level

Hi! Cameras are NEVER turned on while guests are there! Simply there for protection while empty. I’ll make sure to let guests know that in the future they can cover the cameras. No problem. Nothing I can do about stairs. It’s a beach level rental, which requires stairs to reach that level.

Great beach
House is lower level plenty of room. Beach is very clean and great for walks. Very quiet and friendly.

Beautiful quiet location
Except for the condition of pots/pans and utensils, everything was top notch. Beach was fantastic. Perfect location for those looking to get away from the rat race. No light pollution, fantastic night sky.

Sorry the pots/pans weren't up to your standards... Very hard to keep these items in perfect condition due to high humidity on the beach, as well as normal wear and tear... They are fully funtional though. Thanks for the review! You were great renters!

Paradise right on the Beach!!
Our family had an amazing stay in Santo Tomas. The property was absolutely fantastic and the perfect size for our family of 3 (2 adults and one 10 yo) as well as our dog. We basically had the entire beach to ourselves, the water was crystal clear, and the nights were incredible. We have never seen so many stars (if you have a telescope bring it!) The house itself was super clean, just steps away from the beach and had everything we needed for our stay and our host Christine was amazing and the best host we have encountered through VRBO!! She was so helpful, friendly, and available when needed and just helped make our stay so enjoyable and one we will never forget. We are already planning our next vacation and can't wait to come back. If you are looking for a spot away from it all, with a beautiful beach outside your door, peace and quiet, do not hesitate to book your vacation in Santo Tomas! The drive over may make you wonder what you are getting into but the destination is more than worth it. Christine offered us great directions (make sure you follow the directions!), places to shop for food, and how to navigate the local village. They also have a nice little restaurant on site that offers great home cooked Mexican food. Make sure and schedule the beach bonfire one night, horseback riding, or any of the other activities. You will not regret a stay in Santo Tomas! Can't wait to go back and thanks Christine for a great time!!!
