Coastal Condo: Spacious 2/2 ground floor end unit with Beach & Golf Course

Come enjoy the warm south Florida weather in this relaxing first floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, corner unit that provides added privacy. Condo has a fully equipped updated kitchen. The condo is equipped with wifi, cable, covered parking, everything you need to enjoy a relaxing day on the beach and a lanai with a beautiful garden view. Located in a gated community with a golf-course, on-site restaurant, tiki bar, pools and a private beach. Ideal location with a short 2 minute walk to on-site restaurant, bar and pool and 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Nearest access point to beach has a ramp making it easy to transport beach cart. Please note all guests must review the Fort Pierce Good Neighbor Brochure (see images) prior to their stay.

Hosts accommodating and available. Near the tennis courts but quite 1st floor unit. TVs nicely mounted in living area and bedrooms. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Bedroom flooring needs replacement - coming up in some spots. Modestly furnished - master bedroom desk rickety, love seat/sofa different than in photos and could use updating. Living room chairs could also use updating. Bushes right outside screened patio make it difficult to sit out there due to no-see -um bugs.

Condo was perfect for our vacation with 5 adults. Close to complex amenities. We went to the pool, gym and pickleball courts. Had a great time and was even able to cook Christmas dinner together. Plenty of space! Owners were quick to respond.

This property is ideally located for our visit to Ft Pierce and the entire experience of Ocean Village ticks all the boxes from the beach to the golf course along with the many pools, on site restaurant alongside a great two bed condo. The hosts have been exceptional which made our stay from start to finish so memorable. We will definitely revisit when we can. Thanks once again.

The condo was updated and clean! We appreciated the clean/new linens and towels. The kitchen was stocked and there were board games, pool toys, wagon, etc. The two beds in the secondary bedroom work great for multiple kids. The living room was nice but could use a bigger couch or another chair for more options for seating. Ocean Village is a great community - multiple pools, golf, beach, tiki bar, gym, etc. The security guard at the new main pool is strict to the rules but other pools are more relaxed. Cream Republic, Pickled restaurant and sunrise city cafe are great restaurants in the area.

Exceptional accommodation in Ocean Village

The accommodation met and exceeded our expectations from checking in to checking out. It was ideally situated for our visit to Ft Pierce and the facilities at Ocean Village were just as good. Our host Carolina couldn’t have been more helpful. To appreciate just how great our stay was is to say that this will be top of our go to places to stay when we visit Ft Pierce again. Many thanks again to Carolina for making this trip absolutely perfect.

Great Condo

Loved the layout. Cozy and has everything you need. Host was amazing and easy to get ahold of and even extended our stay with no issues.

Beautiful Costal Condo

Beautiful condo, very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The condo is in a great location and close to all the amenities. The owner was excellent, readily available and checked with us to ensure all was going well. We highly recommend this unit you will not be disappointed. We plan on returning next year!

Great location

The condo is equipped with everything you’d need, and decorated so cute! Our kids were disappointed the pool was closed (for the season I assume?) so that was a bummer but otherwise we had a great stay! Owners were quick to respond when we had questions. Safe area for kids and beach was easy to get to!

Just right!!

This condo was just perfect for what we needed. As luck would have it we ended up staying during Hurricane Ian and the owners checked in and were so caring! The development is beautiful and the condo was just the right size and had everything we needed! We worked, we played, we listened to tropical storm winds but it was a wonderful adventure. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if back in the area!

Great Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay with beautiful weather! The condo was clean and fully equipped with beach supplies with grocery stores close by. The owners were happy to assist with any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent and a super owner

We really enjoy our vacations because the condo is great and very well furnished The owner is super available and answer all our emails or text message. She is the best owner who I have to dealt with for over 40 years that I rented homes or condos on the East Coast from Virginia to Florida. I strongly recommended this condo to anyone. To add to this I would like to mentionned that the condo is very well located in Ocean Village close to the main pool, tennis courts, golf and the tiki bar and restaurant. Yves May 2022

Oceanwaves

From booking to checkout the host was great! The condo is in the best location. We spent the morning walking to the beach for the sunrise and evenings on the patio listening to the waves! We couldn't have asked for a better place!

A true treasure on the coast!

We really enjoyed the convenience of everything of which the area and condo offered. Only Downside, wish we knew to be more prepared for the seasonal bugs, aka..."no-see-ums!"
