Shore Pointe is a gated enclave with many luxurious villas and townhomes. The privacy is immaculate and you will never want to leave as it brings an exquisite architectural moment to Cupecoy Beach. Just moments away from the airport, Shore Pointe has gradually blossomed into a butterfly. The area is just so beautiful. Bedroom 2: Upper floor bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, safe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, vanity and toilet. 2 guests maximum.

Bedroom 3: Upper floor bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, safe and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. 2 guests maximum.

Bedroom 4: Upper floor bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, safe and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. 2 guests maximum.

The overall floor plan of the luxury St Martin villa rental is that the main floor offers a lovely open floor design that showcases a state of the art kitchen, high-end dining area, and an expansive living area with a modern, flat-screen TV that delicately sweeps out to the scenic pool terrace with the shimmering blue pool where you can enjoy the unparalleled views of the Caribbean sunsets on the expansive terraces and verandas.

Please note the beach conditions of Cupecoy beach are highly variable. The beach ranges from a highly scenic and sandy beach with near-perfect conditions to a rocky beach depending on the shifting sands.

The villa was perfect, it was in a great location. The pool was amazing, we spent many hours relaxing. There were really great restaurants close by and we enjoyed being to close to many amenities. The villa had everything we needed but maybe a cappuccino machine would of been nice. The bedrooms were perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Gorgeous villa !

Beautiful experience we all had, total of four couples!! The villa was amazing! We were very comfortable there! We will definitely book again! Our property manager, Giovanni was amazing and very helpful to us with thoughts of dinner locations Mary our housekeeper was simply lovely and very attentive to our needs We all had a wonderful vacation and the lovely villa was a huge part of it!

Even better than the photos! The view is gorgeous and the villa is well stocked and nicely furnished. The location is also very convenient, there is a grocery store and several great restaurants within walking distance. There wasn't much of a beach at Cupecoy when we visited, but it is easy to get to nearby beaches. Baie Longue is close and is a beautiful, large sandy beach. We rented paddleboards and paddled over there from the villa. I would highly recommend Farniente and will definitely be booking future vacation rentals.

Would be helpful to have 2 sets of beach towels so they can be laundered and changed out. Some of the towels (for personal use (showering) had holes in them and should be inspected and replaced. Overall, it was just perfect!

Also, in the smaller upstairs bedroom it would be nice to have the handheld shower have a hook high enough so you do not have to hold it to take a shower. We were advised that the beach may not be accessible based on tides and it wasn't. I think in the future we would want a villa that had a nice beach year round. I thought the villa could use some more plantings outside to make the beautiful area more attractive and also access to some pool floats or noodles.
