Quiet and clean

Very quiet neighborhood and clean house. It was my 2nd time staying in the house and will definitely do it again if it's available.

Nice house good location

House exactly as advertised. Cute house with sufficient room for three adults! Owners very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend this house when in Duluth/Superior area!

Great place for pet-loving family

The house was solid and in good repair, clean and smell-free. Had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with streetlights and sidewalks. Appreciated the motion outside lights. Very manageable door locking systems. Room to set up crates for our two Bostons. Appreciated the deep driveway; easy to fit two vans. Close enough yet faraway enough to the downtown Duluth bustle and hilly driving. Thanks so much!

Great stay in Superior

This is our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. The house is clean, the neighborhood quiet and the location is super convenient. We will definitely try to stay here again next time! Thank you!

Quiet neighborhood

We came into town for a wedding and needed a place close by that allowed dogs. This place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet to comfortably walk dogs at any time as well as allow them to be calm in the house (no excessive outside stimulation). The place was clean, things were clearly labeled, and expectations were set at check-in.

Perfect Getaway

Nice easy check-in, they were very flexible . House was extremely clean! Very close to a park so we could walk our grand dog. Had everything we' needed for our weekend.

Perfect little get-a-way!

This cozy little house was everything we needed for our weekend. The best part was our little dog was welcome! It was super clean and very comfortable. Communication with host was easy and timely. We had a wonderful stay and will look to book again when in the area:)

Great place to stay!

We were super happy with our stay here! It was in a super convenient location, a quiet neighborhood, clean and cosy place. We were there with our 14 year old son who had cross country ski races in Duluth for the weekend and it was so easy to get to the races and team dinner from Superior. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Wonderful place!

We had such an enjoyable time here. The hosts were super responsive and easy to work with. They provided necessary information and made sure the home was super clean. It was a nice, cozy, clean space for my family to stay for a fun little vacation!

Like bringing home with me

Very quiet neighborhood was able to bring our dogs very clean and well taken care of house. Owners were very friendly and polite. All you need to bring is your change of clothes and you're hygiene stuff other than that this house comes equipped with everything you need. If I ever go up to stay in that area again this will be my first choice.

Great get away

If you're looking for a quiet place close to the Canal Park and downtown Duluth/Superior look no further. This property is well set up with ample space for a large group, yet small enough to feel cozy for a family. The property owner are very responsive, and have the little things in mind in stocking the property with a few of those items you may have over looked while packing. The neighborhood is quiet, and safe to walk your pet around even after dark. Highly recommend this location!

Family gathering

We came to visit family who live in Duluth and Barkers Island. Everything was very good at the house. Comfortable, clean, good location and well equipped. Our only suggestion is that there were no wine glasses provided. We also like to grill outside and there was not a grill to use. The Keurig was a nice addition. We would come back to stay in the future.

Cute house

We were attending a Robotics competition in Duluth. This was a great spot so that our college daughters could stay with us as, as well as being our fur children. We had a great time!

Superior Stay

Mark and Shirley have an excellent property and show their dedication to their guests by the time they invested in cleaning and preparing for our stay. They were very thorough in the information they provided prior to our visit. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wishing to visit the Superior/Duluth area.

Great Base From Which to Explore Duluth

This house is the most fully equipped home we have ever rented through VRBO. Unlike some properties which have only the bare minimum of kitchen equipment, we could envision cooking every kind of meal that we could have at home. The pictures don't do it justice - it's a little gem and a very quiet and lovely neighborhood that is also an easy 10 -20 minute drive to anywhere you'd want to get to in the Duluth area.
