The Neighborhood:

Cottonwood Cabin is located in Mt. Baker Rim, a peaceful gated mountain community in Glacier beside the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest.



Forested roads, towering evergreens, mountain air, and a quiet residential setting give the neighborhood a tucked away Pacific Northwest feel while keeping you well positioned for the best of the Mt. Baker area.



Glacier’s restaurants, coffee, and local stops are nearby, while Mt. Baker Ski Area, hiking trails, waterfalls, river access, and year round outdoor adventures are reached by a scenic drive.



Please note that guests do not have access to Mt. Baker Rim’s private clubhouse, pool, sports courts, or other member only community amenities.



Other Things to Note:

Mountain stays are part of the adventure, and conditions can change quickly. Snow and ice are possible during the winter months, so please arrive prepared for current road conditions and consider an AWD or 4WD vehicle during winter weather.



All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, as street parking is not permitted within Mt. Baker Rim.



The home currently offers fast WiFi, but mountain weather can occasionally affect power or internet service throughout the area.



Guests do not have access to Mt. Baker Rim’s private community amenities, including the clubhouse, pool, or sports courts.
