This old building steeped in independent history dating from the XVth century adjoining the church of the XII is located in a property with a wooded plot of 3000m2 composed of two buildings hosting a total of three cottages.
The estate is located in the small town of Verdon (51) in the beautiful Champagne region known for its champagne cellars and green landscapes.
This village located 15 minutes from Montmirail with all amenities you will find bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants....., 36 minutes from Épernay and 50 minutes from Reims.
The 90 m2 gîte Le Pèlerin has recently been redecorated and modernised, it consists of a beautiful living room with its wood stove, its large farmhouse table, its equipped kitchen, its remarkable beams and its terracotta floor and stone walls, a living room with corner sofa for TV evenings, reading or playing on the console.
