This fabulous property offers the unique luxury stay. The resort-like amenities include a BBQ island w/ ice maker, sink, & bar-top, the new gazebo offers a serene space to relax, and the YEAR-ROUND HEATED POOL is the perfect place gather under the Cali sun! Lots of outdoor seating within the 8 foot tall privacy walls. Enjoy this private property all to yourself!

This is a private & secured property that offers a Pool heated all year round to 80 degrees!!!

This awesome property sleeps 14 people comfortably within:

House has 7 bedrooms 2 king and 5 queens 5 bathrooms and a full kitchen.

The Main house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a full kitchen. Primary bedroom with king bed and the other 4 bedrooms with queens.

One bedroom guesthouse with queen bed, full kitchen and own bathroom.

Studio with king bed, kitchenette, and own bathroom.

Natural Gas BBQ grill and heated pool can be used all year round!

New A/C unit installed to keep you cool (or warm) when you need it! Main house has a brand new Central Air system PLUS the master bedroom has its own additional Mini Split AC unit.

Good house for a couples getaway

Lots of space for adult couples to hang out but also have own personal space. Great outside area. Good timely communication with owner during stay.

Fun and spacious Los Angeles house

This house was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of beds, rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have privacy. Beautiful backyard space to bbq, swim, and hang out. Nice neighborhood with a central location in the West Hills. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you for hosting such a nice place for a memorable time.

Happy 60th

This was absolutely perfect for our family bday celebration….neighborhood quiet and plenty plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The only thing that I can say is that the host should ask if guests will use the pool to have it heated in advance for their guests.

Great location but needs some fixing

The space was exactly what we needed to accommodate my family. However, the property needs some fixing. The front door only opens half way due to the hinge being loose. The hot water in the guest house is intermittent. The lock on the slider in the living room opens if you jiggle it because it’s loose. There is an ant issue on the cool deck. There are some nests under the cool deck. The shower door in the master was replaced with a panel that popped out on us. The rain shower head does not work. The first night we got there the couch leg broke and we tried to contact the property mgr but it took two days to respond.

Great getaway!

My husband and I had an amazing time here! We mainly came for the pool, which was very clean, private, and refreshing. The house itself was very spacious and clean. Great location, close to Walmart and Target, which was convenient. The only recommendation I would have would be to put up curtains on the doors leading to the backyard and to get bigger towels for showering. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Great Home for a Large Family Group

We enjoyed our stay here and loved the spacious accommodations and the layout. Having three separate units on the property was wonderful, and the pool was a hit with all. We did have a few glitches at first, but Fabiane was always quick to respond and resolve the issues. Thank you for being a great host! I would suggest more silverware, some unbreakable plates for outdoor dining (while we had no breakage we were always a bit on edge if we ate outside), and a coffeemaker in the guest house. We highly recommend this home. A lovely place in a very nice neighborhood.

Beautiful, Clean, Large Property, Perfect

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was bigger than what we expected. It had so many rooms/ beds, so much much space (indoors and outdoors) for people to spread out. It was perfect for our family reunion. The pool was the central focal point for the kids and adults. Most of our time was spent by or in the pool. We used the grill and were amazed with the outdoor grilling area and sink, and all propetty amenities. To top it off, the property manager and owner reached out to us (promptly) to address any and all questions. The property and they're customer service make us want to return to book again!

Wedding weekend

Coming to LA from NJ looked to be a task with 3 married couples, 4 small children and the single Best Man. We hoped this space could accommodate us and WOW did it ever. More than enough space, a pool and outside chairs for relaxing. Everyone enjoyed a relaxing home away. While more eating utensils would have been nice we ate in family shifts and enjoyed. Everyone agreed it was a great place for our big family.

Great clean house, and bigger than we thought. Backyard space with pool was amazing. Good, safe neighborhood. Close access to restaurants, etc. Really liked everything about it and would stay here again.

Decent, but not as expected.

The location of the house was accurately described. We were however somewhat confused with the 3 addresses on the front of house and initially thought we may have been at the wrong location. Once there, it was an indication of how there are 3 parts to the property. A studio and one bedroom section are separate from the main house. The main house has renovated bathrooms and several small bedrooms. There is little privacy in the house due to the lack of insulation or sound proofing between the rooms. You hear everything throughout the main home. We thought the property would be larger. The outdoor space is nice and the main draw of the property. Communication with the property manager was always fast, convenient and helpful.

Looked just like the pics! Tons of space and centrally located to Malibu and LA.

The check in process was easy. Access to the property manager was easy. The place was in great condition and my family felt so at peace...was truly like being in my own home. Would definitely rent again.

Our extended family stayed at this property and it was amazing. It was spacious and clean. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and adults alike. It was a great experience overall with many happy memories made.

Best House to stay while in the Los Angeles area

I'm going to make this short and sweet. This is one of the BEST properties I've ever stayed in. Fun for adults and children. When I visit California again I will definitely be looking to rent this property again. Thanks for the hospilality!

We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great from check-in through check-out! The newly added furniture pieces and decor add an extra level of spark to the place. We enjoyed the heated pool! The property manager and owner were prompt in addressing a minor issue that came up. We'd definitely stay again! :)
