The house and pool were just as described. The pool easily the largest we have experienced in many years of renting holiday homes in florida. The house is big and the beds very comfortable. I guess the bathrooms are a little tired looking but everything worked well.We enjoyed our stay very much.

We are very responsive hosts and would have responded immediately if something like what this guest is stating was found. The cleaner didn't find anything like that, so we are a bit confused. Still, we are glad that this guest had a good time.

We loved our time at this house. The kitchen was well-equipped, there was a lot of room for our family of 5 to spread out and have privacy, and it was a short walk to the beach. The only thing we missed is some basic beach equipment -- an umbrella and a couple chairs would have been a nice addition. But overall we had a great time and would love the return some day!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was nice for us all to be able to stay in the same place. We were so close to the beach access and the pool was amazing. We would love to visit again sometime. We didn't have any major issues, but when we reached out to the host they were quick to respond. It was a pleasure.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Check-in/check-out was simple and easy. Property was perfect for a large group or a large family with kids. Back yard with the pool and hot tub was amazing for evening relax time. Location to the beach was good for teenagers to walk to and from. Hosts were very thorough in directions and communications. The book with local recommendations was most helpful as well!

It's a great house and very spacious. The indoor and outdoor spaces are very comfortable. The pool and hotub are really nice and there was a lot of room for our group of 9. The neighborhood is very quiet and easily walkable aroundtl the streets and to the beach. Close restaurants and grocery store and of course Starbucks. The cuban place is a must try for breakfast or lunch. A heated pool and hot tub would be nice but it wasn't really a factor.

Very welcoming to pets! Also extremely well for a large group or family! Heated pool was always above 80 degrees, mostly around 84/85, which was awesome for young kids. David and Patti are awesome, and respond within minutes to any requests. Thank you for a great stay, Bret!

Everything was great, property was clean which seems rare for a lot of these beach houses, host was very accommodating and even answered questions about the hot tub late in the evening.

Plenty of room! We stayed for my daughter's birthday weekend, there were 9 of us total. Everyone had room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a big hit and both clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and enjoying the weather while the girls swam. They found some board games to play. Fantastic for our weekend getaway. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, check in/out instructions were easy to follow. Owners were very communicative and checked in during our stay to make aure everything was good.
