We are renting our apartment, ideally located right in the heart of Calvi, in a small, modern, and secure residential complex on a human scale. The apartment is on the 1st floor on the ocean side, with no direct view from neighboring units. Access to the complex is secured by a digital keypad, and it features wheelchair access and an elevator. Set in a very quiet neighborhood (mostly owner-occupied), with breathtaking views of the bay, we have direct walking access to the historic city center, the pedestrian street, and local shops. We live in the apartment ourselves the rest of the year. 65 m² of living space, fully equipped with all modern comforts, individually controlled air conditioning in every room, a separate bathroom for each bedroom, and high-quality finishes. You’ll have no trouble parking your vehicle safely—you’ll have a spot in the private parking lot, which is secured by gates with a remote control. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm wide) and has its own bathroom and toilet. The living room and the two bedrooms open onto the 26 m² balcony/loggia through large floor-to-ceiling windows. Fully equipped open-concept kitchen opening onto the living room. On the private terrace, with no direct views from neighboring properties, you’ll find a seating area, a table for 8, sun loungers, and more. - <br>End-of-stay cleaning fee included. Due to COVID-19 health restrictions, sheets and towels are no longer provided; however, they can be rented weekly from the dry cleaner if needed.
