The property was beautifully maintained and very clean. All the essentials were available. The pool was perfect and we really enjoyed the entire outdoor space. The location was great- a short dive to the water.

I thought the house was generally clean and well kept. I appreciated the open concept in the living room and kitchen. The pool in the backyard was an awesome amenity that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Communication with the host was prompt, often within 24 hours or less of my inquiries. There are some areas for improvement. The carpets in all the bedrooms were significantly soiled and could use a shampooing. The window treatments in the master bedroom and living room were broken and in need of repair. I think if these issues were addressed, I could give a full 5 stars for my overall experience.

Beautiful Home in Lake Havasu

This is a beautiful home with a massive backyard. The home is very close to London Bridge and is located in a great and safe neighborhood. Our family loved staying here.

Pros-Beautiful house, great location. Awesome backyard. Cons- dirty patio dirty pool, one dish towel in the kitchen. Very poor communication. We were told the pool would be cleaned but it was not. We attempted to skim the pool ourselves but it had a big hole. We bought a new one and did ourr best to clean the pool ourselves. We also had to sweep and hose off the back patio. The owner never offered to reimburse us for the new skimmer we purchased or apologized for the messy backyard.

I’m sorry that this was your experience Julie. As mentioned the day that you checked in was a very windy day as you had also commented on. Our pool Tax generally only goes one time a week and for your stay they stopped by three times. We’re unable to keep the property cleaned 100% of the time if wind is constantly blowing dirt into the pool. However, communication was always present. Hope you have a good experience next time!

Wife and I Arrived at 8:30 pm. As we were putting our stuff in MB we found some large spots on the carpet. We turned the light on, and oh my, lots of spots. We checked the other rooms and they all had spots. Round dirty spots obviously from pet urine. I took pics and text them to owner. We were pretty tired from a busy week so we were going to bed early. Pulled the sheets down and I noticed a spot on sheets. And they were wrinkled. SHEETS WERE NOT WASHED! I sent pics to host. No response. I contacted VRBO and sent them pics. I tried calling host but the call went to VM. I tried repeatedly. Vrbo did call me and apologized. They acknowledged the pics and stated they would try to get a hold of host. Meanwhile I'm looking for laundry detergent to wash the sheets. There is none. So at 11:30 at night I'm driving to Safeway to buy detergent. While I was gone my wife pulled all the sheets back. Two were clean and smooth. The other was wrinkled and had stains. Yuck! So we were up till 1 am washing and drying sheets, the host did respond before midnight "I'm sorry the house was not up to your standards ", was the response we got. I requested a 500 refund in which the owner ignored, and never actually apologized for house/sheers condition. I was going to take a shower and noticed not a towel in sight. My wife looked all over and found the dryer full of towels. We are guessing the cleaners never finished cleaning the house. Never did hear from the host.

Great for family or group of friends

House is very nice and comfortable. Coffee station was great. Would love to come back when warmer to enjoy back yard and pool. Listing stated no propane provided for grill which was concerning but there were tanks there. Host was great with communication.

amazing!

absolutely amazing. beautiful pool, only a 10 min drive from the lake. huge back yard and nice kitchen. it couldn’t have been better! we had the best fourth of july here. also has a nice grill but the pool was the highlight for us. beautiful master bedroom too with a walk in shower and a tub

As advertised.

This is a super clean property in a quiet neighborhood. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The master bed was comfortable, and the master shower was huge! The outdoor space was incredible, I only wish that we would have been there when we could have gotten in the pool. We would love to stay again, and maybe even let our kids come.

Havasu Weak...

Lots of added fees. $30 for propane if you want to use the BBQ. Pool is a joke, lined with rubber to avoid putting plaster down. Over priced for a house in Havasu! Not coming back!

Havasu Getaway

This house and property provided a relaxing and entertaining setting for my family (my wife and I, our 2 adult kids and their spouses, our 11 & 5 month granddaughters). We BBQ'd, made smores in the step down fire pit, had our morning coffee out on the rear patio, and swam. The beds are comfy, the AC works well, the kitchen is spacious, the street is quiet...Eileen is very easy to reach when needed and provided a ton of info....Only requests I would suggest are: a larger blender for the adult cocktails (lol), an iron with board, and a TV in the 4th bedroom....we only stayed 2 nights but will definitely be returning for a week next time.

Christmas vacation

The house is great and good location.bad part was they did an insurance claim on us for 750 bucks! Really 450 dollars for a new set of sheet for one bed that supposedly had poop on them? As well as a 200 for a cleaning bill? I know for a fact I didn’t poop on my pillows cause I brought my own. I have bought Amazon sheet softer than the ones I slept in. From the photos they sent looked like fresh poop to us. And of course we reach out to the insurance place to question this we called and emailed with no response, the home owner was to respond where the cleaner found this which never happened wouldn’t answer my phone call to discuss either. Also we found a moldy 1 lbs gummy in the kitchen, along with two petrified apples under the bed, as well as dog poop in the backyard which we cleaned up because we sure weren’t being charged 25 bucks a pile and our dog being blamed. Good thing since we had to buy new sheets! Merry Christmas to them!

After checkout, the cleaning team documented significant damage to the linens, which required full replacement rather than standard laundering. For hygiene and guest safety, we do not reuse any linens that are visibly soiled or compromised, which is why the replacement cost was submitted through Airbnb’s resolution process. The claim was reviewed and handled directly through Airbnb, and any charges are determined based on their policies and supporting documentation. Regarding communication, we responded through the appropriate Airbnb channels during the claim process. For documentation purposes, all communication is kept within the platform. As for the other concerns mentioned, we take all cleanliness standards seriously and will continue to ensure the home is properly prepared for every guest. We always aim to provide a great experience and appreciate all feedback as we continue to improve.

Our stay at the home was very nice. Great accommodations for our family and although I forgot my bathing suit, the others used the pool and loved it.May I make a few suggestions? Your cleaning crew could be better. We had a hard time getting the fridge to cool down our drinks. We moved the fridge and found the coils were very caked with dust, along with the entire back of the fridge. They should clean that out often. Also, the beach towels that were located in the hutch by the table - there were plenty of them but when we pulled them out to use them, they were damp. Maybe even a bit more than damp. That, of course, is a mold problem waiting to happen. We put them outside to dry them more but really, there is no excuse for that to happen.Also, for our own protection, there were a few things broken: in the master bedroom bathroom, the towel rack near the shower is about to come off the wall. Also the handle on the microwave above the stove did come off. We found them both in that state.For future renters, it would be nice if there were some kitchen towels. Luckily I brought about 10 of them with me so we were fine. Also a bathmat in each bathroom would be helpful. Standing on a towel (which there were not an excess of) is not quite the same. Also a "check-out sheet" would have been helpful also. We were not sure what we should do and didn't want to leave the place in a bad way. We could have stripped the beds and/or put towels in the tubs.

Eileen was our host for our VRBO rental in LAKE HAVASU CITY. The home was beautiful with great amenities. It was very well kept with plenty of room for 8 adults. We were very happy with Eileen's assistance and professionalism towards her clients and we would recommend her to friends and family as reliable business woman with a outstanding property at a great price.
