Welcome to our home in Village House, located in the charming seaside village of Port Royal on Hilton Head Island. Whether you're a beach lover, walker, or golfer, our condo offers a comfortable and convenient stay.
NOTE: VRBO displays an average nightly rate that ALREADY INCLUDES the cleaning and service fees spread across the stay. This is meant to show a more accurate TRUE NIGHTLY COST but may appear higher than other properties.
Our condo is situated on the first floor and features two balconies. The ocean-side living room balcony is spacious and equipped with a patio table, four chairs, and two chase lounges. Also, condo has a circular staircase leading to the courtyard below.
The dining room table can be adjusted to accommodate four or six guests. There are two large bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two queen beds, both with their own full bathroom.
Adjacent to the Westin Resort, our condo is just a short walk away from the beach and pool. You have two beach options: either take the boardwalk between the Weston and Marriott or walk to Islanders Beach Park, which offers picnic areas, a playground, and facilities to clean off after a day at the beach.
Our condo is owned by a mother-daughter duo dedicated to ensuring your comfort during your stay. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and cable channels. Parking is conveniently located on the ground floor, and there are excellent biking and walking paths adjacent to our building.
For your convenience, the building has both an elevator and stairs. The condo includes amenities such as complimentary wireless Internet access and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove-top, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils.

Everything was great. Listing was accurate, property was nice, beach and pool access were convenient. We had a minor hiccup with AC, and the property owners took care of the issue immediately - communication was excellent. I would recommend to anyone.

Although we stayed for only three nights,everything at this Village House condo was perfect (except the weather, but what can you do?) It was clean, well-equipped, quiet, and the location was convenient for shops, restaurants, the Westin hotel and of course the beach! The keyless entry made check-in easy. and we even met a few friendly neighbours. We would definitely return!

The unit was convenient for the golf courses we played and the building was very nice. It was also quite comfortable to hang out with friends in the family room. I would stay again.

Fantastic unit we rented on short notice. My mom and cousin decided to go to the beach the last weekend of spring break for ATL metro schools. Great location, walking distance from the beach. Quiet area. Unit had everything we needed. Lots of room for 3 adults and two kids. Easy to find unit, check in instructions are very simple. Will definitely rent this unit again!

We were very happy about the whole ease of experience. The condo was great, so spacious. Having separate temperature controls in the bedrooms suited our needs; 2 adult couples. The balcony was huge and we wish we had more time. Beach access, minutes from great local shops and restaurants etc. we’d book here again for sure.

The areas were all ckean. The ac in the 2nd room seemed to remaing running even when the set temperature was met. The sink in the master bedroom drained slow. Other than that, great experience

Best Family Vacation
We had the best family vacation we have had in a long time. The condo was very nice. The convenience to the beach and pool was great! Would definitely stay again next time we come to HHI!

Spacious place in a great location!
Plenty of room, loved the huge corner deck, proximity to the beach, and conveniently located near lots of dining options. Very clean and nicely updated. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is located in the Port Royal neighborhood known as a historic, oceanfront community and its quiet, secluded beaches where the Port Royal Sound meets the Atlantic, The beaches are the best the Island has to offer. They are wide and go on forever!
Our particular location was our dream. It is so close to the beach, has access to a pool, and a large back patio. It is private yet in the middle of everything. It is a year round retreat with its proximity to everything. There are numerous bike paths, a golf course, beaches, a pool, numerous restaurants options, and putt putt.
