Our location is awesome.

For starters, we are on the Golden Mile. My front door is less than 500 steps from your toes in the sand of beautiful St Augustine Beach. You can walk to most everything on the strip - the St Johns Fishing Pier, Salt Life, Island Donuts.

And, you are assured of a great stay - just read our more than 120 reviews ALL 5-STARS! Newly updated, always immaculately clean (I do all the cleaning myself to assure it's always pristine). 100% cotton sheets and towels, comfortable mattresses, extra pillows and blankets -- all the comforts of home.

And our backyard?. Well that's a private oasis. Lots of seating, tiki bar, BBQ, corn hole boards, bluetooth speakers and super private with lots of palm trees. A great place for morning coffee, afternoon BBQ's and cornhole, and a night of drinks.

We provide lots of beach gear including:
a beach wagon, beach bag, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards

Guest access
you have the entire house (2 bedrooms, 2 baths), full kitchen, laundry room, a HUGE back yard oasis and more parking than you could possibly use (and a carport).

I live minutes away so if you need anything, I'm ALWAYS available and do everything I can to make your stay perfect. Read the guest reviews and you'll see what people say about me as a host. I care about you having a great vacation!

That said, I have set it my home so you can easily self-check in, and stock the house so you have everything you need (like lots of beach gear, extra pillows and blankets, 2 coffee makers = 1 Keurig K cup and 1 drip) and a fully stocked kitchen.

Other things to note
You MUST BE OLDER THAN 28 TO BOOK WITH US. we do not, under any circumstances, allow pets. We are strict about our policies. Our house is meticulously kept and we expect it to be treated well, kept clean and left in very good condition.

If you bring pets, you will immediately be removed from the property and not refunded.

Lastly, if you bring more guests than you have registered at the time of booking, you will be charged a minimum of $45 per additional guest per night (Jan, Feb, May, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec), and during peak seasons, it will be $75 per guest per night (March, April, June, July, Aug).
