If you're looking for a basic, affordable, close to the beach place to stay, this is it! It's 1/2 mile from St Armand's Circle which has lots of shopping, places to eat & great ice cream! And only 2 blocks from the Lido Beach public access, which was perfect, I like to get a little exercise since we eat so good on vacation, lol. The TV is HUGE, the place comes with beach towels & a few comfortable beach chairs. This unit is on the 2nd floor, no elevator.

Perfect Location and Fantastic Apartment

Extremely walkable to both St Armands circle and Lido Beach. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need for a beach vacation - chairs, towels, cooler and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Sarasota area.

Wonderful location

Perfect spring break getaway for my family. Away from the busy spring breakers Lido was amazing and family friendly. Property was great for the five of us. Myself and four teens. Says sleeps six and would be true but pull out not to comfy for two to sleep on. That being said it it had all we needed t. B

Senior citizens spring break

Enjoyed some great food in the area and of course the beach and sunsets.Would suggest additional lighting in the LR near the table in the corner, set of measuring cups and pot holders would have also been nice.

Great value!

A great location: 3-min walk to the beach and community pool (all necessary beach accessories are included in each unit) ; 10-min walk to shopping and restaurants at St. Armands Circle on Lido Key. Snowbird traffic is heavy in February, so if you need to drive into Sarasota during the day/evening, you’ll have to plan accordingly. There are many great restaurants in Sarasota, so a small traffic jam is well worth the inconvenience. The apartment exceeded expectations. It’s an older property, so the bathroom is small and there’s no elevator. There are multiple gas grills, tables, and chairs for outdoor cooking/relaxing. Also a free washer/dryer on premises. The apartment was spacious. The “master” bedroom had a king bed, and the 2nd BR had a queen bed – both comfortable. 75-inch TV in the “family room” with tons of channels. The kitchen was the most well-equipped of any vacation rental I’ve ever used. It had every cooking implement and small appliance you could wish for, aside from an air fryer and dishwasher. Most of the cookware was good quality, except for skillets. I won’t ding this property for the cheap/scarred skillets, because every vacation rental I’ve ever used seems to skimp on these. If cooking-in is important to you, bring your own. One other small complaint: I wish the bedrooms had room-darkening curtains. Not everybody wants to be awakened at first light by that bright Florida sunshine! Overall, a solid 4.5 stars…a great value for the location!

The accomodations were exactly what we needed and wanted. Clean, close to beaches , st amarmands and neighboring towns, property owners are very nice and made our stay relaxed and comfortable.

Just what we needed & location is key!

We love this area and it is pricey especially during spring break time. This condo was reasonably priced& just what we needed for a family girls trip-me and my daughter and my sister in law and 2 adult nieces. Right down the street from Lido Key Beach Resort where we typically stay. We enjoyed the short walk to beach... much closer than I thought it would be, the nice walk to St. Armand's circle, the trolley to Siesta Key, quick trip to/from airport and the hosts were very nice and attentive. We chose to eat out mostly but did place one whole foods delivery order for some basics. The condo has everything you need if you wanted to prepare meals in. Only recommendation I have is to upgrade the doors/locks to keypad entry vs. having to carry key all week and share amongst family members. Also- Lido Key beach has a bar, full snack bar with gluten free options which was key for us, bathrooms and a pool.

Vacation

It was perfect, very clean had more than enough dishes, towels, even had beach chairs with an umbrella. Perfect location and was truly a very short walk to the beach and to St Armand’s circle where there is everything from shopping to eating Great communication with Gino. Highly recommend

Loved our stay. Easy walk to St. Armands Circle, very close to Lido Beach. Everything you may need for a day at the beach! We did not use the items however was great to know for our next trip! Would stay here again Great host too! Thanks

Great Apartment : Little Things that Matters

Apartment is just as described, short walk across the street to the beach and about 10 min walk to St.Armand circle with dining and shopping. Apartment was clean and stocked with everything including toilet paper and seasoning and coffee. Also had all the beach chairs, towels, cooler and many other useful items. Dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans , coffee makers AND coffee!!! Having everything stocked is very much appreciated! We have been in some of those places where you have to buy literally everything and then throw away and this was not the case here . Everything was stocked !! Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, linens were clean and pillows were comfortable . We didn't use second bedroom but noticed Pack Play in the closet , blankets etc. Apartment complex location is excellent, and apartment inside is spacious . It definitely can accommodate large family . We did not mind not having a pool but there is a pool across the street by the beach . We will book again with this host , Thank you for thinking of little things that matters!

Perfect Location

Property was in a perfect location without the need for a vehicle. Quick walk to the beach, and St. Armonds Circle and easy access to the Bay Runner trolly for travel to Downtown Sarasota made the stay perfect for an active couple. The property was very clean, well maintained and nicely equipped. Owners were friendly, and very responsive with communication and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Lido Key.
