From the moment you enter our dapper red front door, you will step into our modernistic, newly remodeled home of artistic vibes and tranquility. Sit on our plush couch or throne wingback chairs to watch your favorite movies on our large Smart TV.

Had a problem at check-in, as the provided door code didn't work. After a few minutes, I was able to get on the phone with the property manager, and they added the door code so we could enter. Later, they texted a copy-and-paste message asking how things were going, and I replied with a couple unimportant questions. I never got a response. As for the accommodations, the place wasn't especially clean, but the bedding and floors had been washed. The place shows some age and wear, with many of the fixtures and pieces of art, almost falling off the walls and ceilings. There were also a few tiny glass shards on the plates which had been set out on the table. The beds were made "European style" without top sheets, so all we got was a bottom sheet and a bed spread. A tiny unidentified insect was crawling on one of the beds, but it wasn't a bed bug or roach, so I guess that's fine. Most of the windows don't have screens, so probably the last occupant accidentally let it in. The stairs to the basement (where the laundry room is located) have a rather unstable step, but it didn't collapse. Parking is streetside, but we were always able to find a spot not too far away. For the price and location, this was fine. It could have been better, but also could have been much worse. It served the purpose.

Wonderful

Our family of 7 adults had a wonderful time staying here. It is beautifully staged. All beds were very comfortable. The on-site property manager was so helpful. Water and snacks provided was a bonus.

Beautiful updated 3 story home perfect for our party of 5!

From the communication & making sure we were okay to the snacks and treats left for us, we felt like we were home away from home. Everyone enjoyed their own space. Convenient to downtown & walking distance to coffee shop & deli. Recommend staying here 100%

Wedding weekend

The duplex was very nice and clean. Perfect for what we needed since we were in and out a lot. Not someplace if you would want to enjoy the yard or outside but that’s not what we were there for. Within walking distance of nice restaurants and a coffee shop.

Great base for visiting Cincinnati

This was a great place to call home as we traveled around Cincinnati for the weekend to enjoy local flavors and sights. The owners have done a good job updating this old home without losing all its old charm. However, we are a larger group so it was a little tight. We did have to move chairs from the kitchen to make sure there was enough seating for all of us though. It was lovely to have the dinning room for unwinding in the evenings with some games after a long day of sightseeing. Just as a heads up, the steps to the top two bedrooms are quite narrow but do able. Also, Latoya was a delight to work with! Very attentive and full of tips throughout the city.
