Camp Delta Luxury Lodge, premium large group accommodations. 14 people max 7 bedrooms. Main farmhouse, 4-bedroom, 3 upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs, a stunning garage Apt. Outside near the pool and hot tub the Tiny House and garden, Queen size bed, dining, kitchen. Near full gym are the two 700 sq private bungalows with bathrooms and kitchenettes. Camp Delta is a 26-acre horse ranch next to a wildlife refuge, delta and lake access, across from the Sacramento River, kayaks and River boat available.
The hay barn has been converted to a community room a spacious area equipped with a complete gym, a big-screen TV, and a lounge area for enjoying sporting events, movies, or simply hanging out with your group. For one price, you'll get access to seven bedrooms, the pool, the hot tub, lake, river and trails. Whether you're planning a retreat, a family get-together, business meeting or wedding, Camp Delta Luxury Lodge offers excellent choices to keep everyone entertained.

From pool parties, hiking the trails or kayaking on the lake into the delta to boat trips with our boat on the river from cliffs marina across the street take a boat ride to Old Sacramento, there are plenty of adventures to be had. The trails are excellent for hiking through the wilderness. The river boat requires you to pay for the gas and boat captain.

Enjoy the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, large community room with full professional gym and the lush gardens. You will have access to several trails and private access to Beach Lake, all part of the Sacramento wildlife refuge. You are in the heart of the Delta, a bird watcher's paradise and some of the best fishing in the country. You're also experiencing living on a working horse ranch. We have horses, barn cats, chickens and our pet peacock Pete. You will have access to our boat on the river and weather permitting, kayaks on the lake. Camp Delta Lodge is a perfect space for those seeking an escape from city life while staying close to local wineries, shopping centers and convenient freeway access to downtown and the airport.

Amazing.

The place is amazing; I especially enjoyed the diversity of plants around the house; looks great, so relaxing, we enjoyed walking around the property to the horses' stables, the pool is huge, and the kids loved. It's the perfect place is you need relax.

Great outdoor space

Easy check-in, clean space great communication with host. Outdoor yard, pool and cooking space were great! Kids loved seeing and hearing the animals near by! Great getaway, will book again!

Absolutely Beautiful

I really loved the property and communication with the home owner. This is a wonderful stay for family and we enjoyed every minute of it. The pool is beautiful. The property is on a horse ranch with plenty of walking trails if you want to explore a little. Loved the stay and will look forward to coming back

Beautiful Oasis

The property is beautiful and secluded. Quiet. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful as are the yards and fountains. The owner was very attentive, texting frequently to be sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back.

Awesome get away.

This is our 2nd year staying at the house. My daughters 16 and 13 love visiting with the horses on the property. The house is updated and well equipped and the backyard is an oasis with a wonderful pool and plenty of outdoor seating and dining options. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Property

We were evacuated from our mountain home in South Lake Tahoe due to fire danger. I found this listing on VRBO late at night and saw that it was pet friendly and looked to have an nice pool, perfect...booked it. The owner was so very kind and accommodating to my family with check in and last minute accommodations. To my surprise the home was even more amazing than in the photos. Thee outdoor living area was perfect for my family, my friends and my dogs to relax under very stressful circumstances. The home well supplied and the on site staff were very kind and supportive. The grounds were spacious with two outdoor living areas and the peacefulness of the ranch. I would highly recommend this wonderful retreat to enjoy a quiet little piece of heaven. I will definitely return again and this time for a real vacation and not an evacuation vacation. Thank you Blanco family!

Lovely house with an wonderful pool and hot tub

We had an excellent stay at the house at the stables. The home is huge, lots of room to spread out for a family. The pool is marvelous and well shaded in the afternoon, perfect for a hot summer day. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, and we even used the gas grill. The house is on the property of a large stable, with lots of horses, cats, chickens, even peacocks. We brought our dog, and our walks among the other animals were really charming. All the people we came across were friendly, too. It's right across the road from the Sacramento River, which makes for a beautiful drive. We had a couple small maintenance issues, but they were resolved nearly instantly by texting with the property manager. Wifi is functional but not super high speed, so I wouldn't recommend this as a place to do remote work. But for a long weekend or vacation, it's marvelous. Location is really quiet, but just 10 minutes from a lot of commerce, and maybe 20 from downtown Sacto if you want to visit the Capitol or take in a Kings or River Cats game. We had a great visit.

Could be great, but not.

The house is a little run down. All of the faucets are loose on the counter tops. Towel bars and TP holders are not attached to the walls. We were told the dishwasher wasn't working before but not of the others. The garbage disposal was not working, would have helped to know that in advance prior to putting anything in it and clogging. house was extremely dirty, filthy walls and counters. The freezer has frozen blood on the bottom, disgusting... The upstairs shower had hair on the walls and floor. Dirty towels were left in the hamper down stairs. maintenance was scheduled on the property and we were not told. No wifi, asked about it and the property manager wouldn't respond. We had to ask 4 times about getting the key as we were driving from out of state. The good, the pool and property were very nice. The hot tub is not adjustable for temperature, control pad doesn't work. Would not stay again without major cleaning and maintenance.

Great Rental!

This was my first time doing a rental and my experience has set the bar very high! The property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and perfect for our trip. It was very easy to find, as well. The owner, Anna, kept in touch and gave a list of numbers for the grounds keepers, of which one stopped by to see if we needed any help with bbq/pool, etc. My husband and I and some friends went to a Music Festival at the Discovery Park. And when we weren't at the Festival, we hung out by the pool and bbq'd. My son and his girlfriend, also came to the Festival, but they had a hotel in the area. The morning of the 4 day Festival, my son had a blow out on the freeway, which delayed him from being able to check into his hotel because he had to have his car towed to the Dealership. So Anna kindly accommodated my son in the 1 bedroom cottage she has in the back behind main property, for only the cleaning fee. I really felt at "home" and would highly recommend this property to my friends and family!

Awesome outdoor oasis and house

We had a great time at this property. The outdoor space was wonderful for our family reunion. The pool and hot tub are awesome. There is an outdoor kitchen and plenty of shade. The house is great and comes equipped with everything needed from beach towels to coffee and paper products. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet and centrally located. Our kids loved visiting the horses in the nearby stables.
