This fabulous, newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is now being offered with The Casita !! With over 40 reviews from The Casita guests and whose families are growing, it has prompted us to offer both properties as one in order to accommodate larger groups. Enjoy the panoramic views of the water or your family can use the shared dock to have fun fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or launching their boat. With the two properties combined you have the luxury of the beautifully appointed indoor kitchen and the Casita's outdoor kitchen that has been compared to the kitchens of the rich and famous. The La Sirata and the Casita combined will accommodate ten guests. So many options to make everyone in your group have a wonderful vacation experience! Take full advantage of the island life! Come and make memories with the ones you love!

We invited our wheelchair-bound parents from the nursing home to visit for 3 hours Christmas Eve and Day. They thoroughly enjoyed the setting and accessibility. The outdoor kitchen was wonderful as everyone could participate.in cooking, set up, and consumption.

The houses were very comfortable and so will decorated with unusual fixtures and decor. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. It was great being able to walk out on the dock every evening at sunset on the trigger. Cookie and Michelle were very accessible and responded promptly to a few texts we sent. We could tell they were eager us to have an extraordinary time.

Great stay in a beautiful home.

Great location on the intercoastal waterway with panoramic views of the marshlands. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with plentiful water fowl passing by. Lots to do with an impressive dock area with kayaking, ,,crabbing off the dock, and boat rides thru the marshland .. Something for the whole family to enjoy.

Vacation in Paradise

Our family spent a full week here and loved it! We kayaked, fished and set Crabpots. We saw dolphins and snapping turtle. We cooked outside at the outdoor kitchen. We ordered low country boil and cooked it ourselves

Beautiful surroundings

Cookie was an awesome person to work with. Her hospitality was above n beyond. She even put up pictures of us girls to welcome us. It was peaceful, beautiful and a great time. I highly recommend staying here.

Simply Amazing

I could never put into words just how great our stay was!! It was such a peaceful, fun and welcoming experience!! Everything was excellent!!! I highly recommend this location for your family/friends get away!! We felt like we were at home!! I didn’t want to leave!! Mrs. Cookie was top notch and we will definitely visit this location again!!!

Amazing weekend

We rented both houses for a micro wedding this past weekend and Cookie helped make everything perfect! The location was stunning. The houses had everything we needed. And the communication with the host was unmatched. We will definitely be returning!

AWESOME Can't wait to go back!

Cookie was awesome! Check in was easy. The property had lots of of nice surprises. The best outdoor kitchen, awesome hot tub, plenty of floats to go in the water. My crowd absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back. As long as you have plenty of food there's no need to leave once you get there. Definitely will be booking this again.

Amazing

I almost don't want to say how great it was because I don't want to share this gem;) The main house was very comfortable. The beds were good and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The casita was so very charming - what a great place for those who want a little privacy from the main house - with a swing bed! There is an outdoor kitchen just made for entertaining a crowd. The property was beautiful, with amazing views from the hot tub and fire pit. And the host was incredibly helpful – delivering firewood, all the ingredients for a low country boil with locally sourced shrimp, and she also arranged an eco-boat tour that picked us up right on our private dock. I can't say enough good things. We will be back!

Family vacation

Our family of 10 came from northern Maine to visit the sunny south. We chose here specifically to be close to my brother and his family who live near by. We were so thrilled with the accommodations! Everything was so nice! We loved being on the water. The outdoor kitchen was amazing! We spent each evening relaxing in the back yard. Several of our group took a boat ride with captain Dustin. He was so knowledgeable! We loved being a short ride from Savannah. The property was beautiful, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Cookie was wonderful! Would highly recommend and we hope to return again!

Perfect family time

We enjoyed Cookie's property with several family members and had an amazing weekend! The views and coastal breezes along with all the amenities and comforts of Cookie's home and hospitality made it extra special. Lots of great memories were made.

How Sweet It Is!!!

If you don’t enjoy privacy, fishing, swimming, kayaking, visiting neighboring islands, eating seafood, and just spending time in an ideal setting, this is not the place for you. Cookie has planned for every activity you may want to enjoy while having a family vacation and everything you may need to have a low country boil, a fish fry (with fish caught off the dock), a marshmallow roast, or just a home cooked meal. We have stayed at other VRBO locations, time share locations, and private residents, and have never had one that was so well equipped. Needs have been anticipated and Cookie has gone a step above to ensure those needs are met with not just adequate supplies and utensils but with quality. The main house was ideal for our two children and their families, and GMa and Papa were able to enjoy privacy in the next door “honeymoon cottage”. The outdoor kitchen between the two houses is perfect for family meals whether prepared by family members or catered. Being from Savannah, we knew what to expect with heat and humidity and we were not disappointed. Would we stay at this location again, every member of our party of ten said yes and wants to know when. Thanks Cookie, you are the ideal hostess.
