At the foot of the Trez beach, family home in the heart of Bénodet

Whether for a weekend or a week, we rent out our family home in Bénodet, in Finistère. This small, chic, family-friendly seaside resort is ideally located at the mouth of the Odet River, across from Sainte-Marine and Les Glénants. It’s easy to get to: the Quimper SNCF train station and Pluguffan Airport are both 20 km from the house.<br><br>On the border between the Fouesnant and Bigouden regions, Bénodet combines authentic Breton charm with a wealth of tourist attractions (Pointe du Raz, La Torche, the Chemin des Calvaires, Concarneau, Le Guilvinec, the GR trail right outside the house, etc.)<br><br>The house:<br><br>Ideally situated on Trez Beach, the house is less than 200 meters from the Casino and the Thalasso spa, and right next to shops and restaurants. A lovely backyard garden makes it a quiet and peaceful retreat, perfect for extending summer evenings under an old mirabelle plum tree.<br><br>The house features a living-dining room on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen and a half-bath. A wood-burning stove makes winter afternoons perfect for reading while enjoying its gentle warmth.<br>On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, and a half-bath.<br>On the third floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom with a half-bath.<br><br>Amenities:<br><br>This house is designed for a large family and offers all the amenities you’d expect. Modern comforts, of course (washer, dryer, standard appliances—microwave, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, steam cooker, food processor, etc.), TV, DVD player, stereo system, Livebox Wi-Fi, but also family-friendly amenities like beach gear, swimsuits, children’s toys, and a real library for all ages. To make your trip easier and free up space in your car, we provide beach towels, tablecloths, and bath towels. Sheets are provided free of charge during high season depending on the length of your stay; a flat fee of 20 euros per room is charged during low season. Your beds will be made upon arrival.<br><br>We also provide a full range of baby gear: a travel crib with a real mattress and comforter, a baby bathtub, a Baby Cook, a high chair, and a changing pad.<br><br>The garden is fully equipped (table, chairs, deck chairs, and new sun loungers).<br><br>4 adult bikes and 4 children’s bikes are available.<br><br>The house is available for rent year-round; it is heated and comfortable.<br><br>A MANDATORY cleaning fee of 120 euros is required as a contribution, given the current health circumstances.<br><br>Rates: These vary by season, ranging from 700 euros per week in the off-season (September through May) to 1,200 euros in the high season (June 1 through August 31). DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR MULTIPLE WEEKS.<br>For weekends, rates range from 250 to 400 euros depending on the length of stay.
