It's a very cool place. Super eclectic style which made for a memorable stay. Easy walking distance to the river and restaurants/attractions.

Excellent location

This was a unique home with the perfect location. It was within walking distance of several of the home tours and restaurants. A quiet retreat just perfect for a couple.

Charming

Our first time going to Natchez. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Loved everything about the cottage, gardens and main house. Jim and Geoff are the best! Thanks for a memorable visit.

Short Weekend In Natchez

Check in was just as described. The house was very clean and well kept. Perfect location for walking all over town.

Weekend getaway

My wife and I rented this property for two nights as a weekend getaway. The property is perfectly located very close to good restaurants as well as some night life entertainment. There is reserved parking for the property off of the street which is a big plus for us, as we were in a topless Jeep! We were both ver impressed with all of the amenities provided by the owners! As the listing states, it is an experience like no other!

Great location, great hosts

The Carriage House is ideally located, we were able to walk to many restaurants and the Bluff. The location was good but the house and hosts were even better! The house itself is quirky and fun, perfect size for a couple. Jim introduced himself our first morning there and was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Fascinating Carriage House in Perfect Location

This beautifully renovated carriage house in perfect for multiday stays in Natchez, with a full kitchen and comfy bed. It's within walking distance of the river, bars and places to eat. It's also across the street from the legendary Stanton Hall. The best part is that it is in the back yard of Myrtle Terrace, a historic home with gorgeous grounds and friendly, welcoming hosts. We loved staying there and would definitely stay again.

Cozy carriage house in lovely historic neighborhood

We had a lovely stay at this delightful property. The owners are warm and welcoming, the location is perfect, and the house is quiet and private. Thank you for all the treats and the lovely bottle of wine.

Beautifully decorated!

This was one of the best stays we've experienced through VRBO. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much more spacious than we imagined, and the furnishings and decor are gorgeous. The home is situated in a beautiful historic walking neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants yet quiet and serene. We highly recommend it!

Perfect Stay

Location is amazing, easily walkable to all shops and restaurants downtown. Jim and Jeff are wonderful hosts and gave us a tour of their private home. We enjoyed their dogs and the landscaping. The carriage house is perfect for a couple and we would absolutely stay again.

Welcome Home

There is nothing better than pulling up in the driveway and feeling as if u have arrived at home.Jim and Geoff have certainly made every effort to b sure that their guests feel welcomed and at home. From lovely and delicious snacks, fresh fruit and wine, to charming decor, comfy beds, and fragrant soaps, everything says “Welcome, make yourself and home, and enjoy your stay.”

Wonderful accommodations, location, and host

The property was in a perfect location to walk to all attractions. And the decor was lovely, the unit was spacious for the two of us, and we appreciated the treats! Our host was very responsive and ensured we understood how everything in the unit worked. We would welcome the chance to stay here again!

Charming Carriage House

An attractively and imaginatively furnished BnB in the heart of historic Natchez, MS. The owners are very thoughtfully kind and have included unexpected welcome treats and wine for their guests. All aspects of the cottage and its amenities are immaculately clean and well cared for. I recommend the Terrace Carriage House whole-heartedly and would gladly stay here again on a return trip to this beautiful and charming city.

Unique & Eclectic little dream

This Carriage house is fantastic! The antiques and eclectic decor is an experience all on its own, there’s so much to look at and admire just inside. The grounds are well maintained and stunning! The owners were very kind and welcoming. The bed is comfy and the space is ample for two (or three). Snacks, sweets, soft drinks, and waters were available in the kitchen, the bathroom was also stocked! This little gem is an antiquing, maximalists dream! We’re already planning our next trip to Natchez and plan on staying here again, for the lovely space and proximity to the best spots in town.

This was the first time I took such a long trip by myself, & this sweet place was perfect for me! I could live here! My hosts were so friendly & helpful. And I appreciated all the suggestion for things to do, places to go & restaurants. I will definitely revisit this place if ever in the area again!

Perfect weekend getaway location

We had the best time on our weekend getaway in Natchez. The location of this carriage house was perfect to walk around downtown. Close to restaurants, brewery, the river, and shops. We love the owners in the main house. Super friendly and was great talking with them. If my husband and I can sneak away for another weekend in Natchez we would stay here again!

Perfect for what we needed

We needed one night, because we couldn’t get into the other VRBO until the next day. This one was available and close to restaurants. We were really amazed at all the antique decor! Wow! No place for little kids! Also the elderly needs to be extra cautious with several rugs and little step ups going into the different rooms. But the cottage and the grounds itself are gorgeous! The host was very nice and welcomed us right away since he lives next door.

The Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at The Cottage. It was just as described in the listing. When we arrived the owner was just finishing up cleaning. The refrigerator was stocked with water, wine, sodas and tamales. There were snacks available also. The cottage was rustic and packed with collectables. The location was perfect to downtown Natchez. The only minor negative was it could have used a good dusting. Overall,, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
