Furnished apartment with all comforts, 2 rooms (30 m2, one bedroom, living room with open kitchen, shower room) on the first floor of the private garden CLOS (32 m2).

It is good to lie down and have lunch (on a small sheltered terrace). An important detail in this heat wave: two large trees provide shade for a large part of the day...

Sleeps up to 4 people.

Quiet, bright, comfortable and very well equipped accommodation with: 3-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave/grill oven, fridge-freezer, espresso machine, and of course crockery and kitchen utensils. High-speed internet.

Beds: two 80 cm beds (which can be pushed together) in the bedroom, a 140 cm BZ sofa in the living room.

Shower room adjoining the bedroom. The apartment can be equipped with a high chair and a baby cot on request (at no extra cost).

South and south-east exposure, electric shutters. But the sun does not hit directly on the windows of the living room...

Apartment located in a small, welcoming residence (only 14 apartments) completed in 2008, with only one-storey buildings and its own parking lot.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for the occupants of the apartment within the residence.

The district:

Take advantage of an exceptional location: less than 50 m away, opposite the residence, the immense Aytré beach and its dune (2.5 km long, the most pleasant in the immediate vicinity of La Rochelle) welcome families in a preserved natural setting.

You can keep your distance on this beach, never crowded despite its attractiveness. Summer sports and cultural activities are a delight for holidaymakers, less than 7 km from the downtown of La Rochelle.

It is also a paradise for windsurfers and kitesurfers, who have their own channel reserved.

But perhaps you prefer the more confidential beaches of Le Roux (1.5 km away) or Angoulins (2.5 km away) with its sailing club? Or Châtellaillon-plage and its many activities (7 km away). It is a seaside resort that remains affordable, and which is rich in its 1500 1900-type villas, its lively seafront, its casino and its thalassotherapy.

The Aytré-plage district, very quiet, is exclusively residential, therefore very quiet. At the gates of the residence, oyster farmers offer seafood to take away and platters to enjoy on the terrace, facing the sea.

First local shops 400 and 700 m away, large multi-brand shopping area 4 km away. Not to be missed in the surrounding area, the typical markets of La Rochelle and Châtellailon-plage...

In the immediate vicinity (250 m or less), you will find: beach, windsurfing and kitesurfing spot, tennis courts, cycle path (Vélodyssée), swin golf area, picnic areas, public transportation (2 bus lines, 1 TER line), Yélo terminal (bikes for hire), numerous parking spaces.

Less than 8 km away: horse riding centres, tree climbing courses (one of which is covered), traditional golf, cinemas, bowling, regional shopping mall, the famous Aquarium and the downtown of La Rochelle.

And the region is rich in remarkable sites: La Rochelle of course, the Ile de Ré, Fouras, Fort Boyard, the Ile d'Aix and the Ile Madame, Rochefort, Brouage, and further afield, the Ile d'Oléron... Whether you come for one or more weeks, you will be spoilt for choice!
