We invite you to come enjoy island relaxation in our boating community nestled between the wide and beautiful beach and the sound. Gather in the large family room on the top floor with hardwoods and vaulted ceilings, a cook’s kitchen, and spacious dining. Outside you have private community beach access, boat ramp and dock, clubhouse, playground, and swimming pool. The perfect place to retreat and relax.....

What a wonderful 4th year staying here! The house was wonderful as usual and we had a beautiful week at Topsail. Kids are already looking forward to next year!

Phenomenal communication with owner made for any easy trip. Property is clean and probably the best organized and provisioned of all VRBO properties we have stayed at over the years. The inclusion of essentials (bath towels, soap, etc.) along with bath and beach towels make it a welcoming experience and less extra planning to do (e.g. arranging for towel service). Great stay and will absolutely consider this property as a first choice in the future.

We chose to vacation at Topsail and revisit our vacation from 9 years ago when we stayed at Topsail Island. We could not of had a better time and our VRBO was a huge part of that. We will be back!

Dream trip even in a hurricane. The space was gorgeous and the communication was impeccable. Little labels and notes everywhere to help us navigate. Quick walk to the beach and the pool down the street! These folks provided everything you need and also they checked in on us during the weather. We will be back and will hope to stay at this oasis!

Perfect Fit for Family

We love this property- it's our second stay here. Our family of four (with two small kids) and my parents stayed in the house. Easy access to the beach and access to a pool make it ideal. Also, the kitchen/living space are beautiful and we spent time cooking and being together when not in the water. The balconies have beautiful views. Easy access to Surf City and Topsail. We will be back!

Wonderful Accommodations!

We had a phenomenal stay at this lovely property. I traveled with my family of 3 (two year old) and another family of 4 with two young children and we loved the proximity to the beach, community pool, and deck with canal views. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and this was the nicest beach rental so far! The owners have throught of everything to make your stay comfortable (there is even a beach cart!). They were quick to respond with any questions we had and their “house book” was very informative and helpful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and wants for nothing and even the deck furniture was comfortable and high quality. We could not have been more impressed with this house. We would definitely stay here again!

Another great vacation at Tower 2 Retreat

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Tower Retreat II, and we all loved it. The home is more spacious than other townhouses, and everything is high end, including furniture, design, appliances and dishes, etc. Having multiple floors provides privacy for everyone. The owners have thought of every detail for you; there’s even a box with extras so that when we forgot a razor there was an extra one in there for us. Queen’s Grant is relatively quiet and peaceful. It’s nice to be on the water to be able to see sunsets and the walk to ocean takes 5 mins or less, and the walk to the pool is even quicker. The owners also provide a beach wagon and plenty of chairs and beach toys. On our first night there we had an issue with one of the HVAC units which was fixed first thing the following morning with great communication from the owners. We loved our stay and will be back again.

Topsail Perfect!

We spent a prefect four days at the Tower Two Retreat! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out, beds were super comfortable, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the views from the deck were amazing! Super short walk to the beach and pool and minimal traffic on the road never made crossing difficult. The best part was having linens, towels, beach equipment, etc provided. It made packing so much easier! We've always spent our beach week in OBX but really enjoyed the slower small town beach feel of Topsail! We'll be back!!

Fabulous Family Trip

This was our first family beach trip with the grands and we could not have been happier. Pictures do not do this place justice. Ruffin and Cindy have done an outstanding job with their place. We especially love how organized and well appointed everything is and definitely recommend staying here. We will be back!

Gregory Vacay at Tower 2 Retreat Topsail Beach

Tower 2 Retreat is a wonderful place to spend your vacation if your plans include access to the beach, pool, or sandbar. The property is as listed except that the kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations. The hosts have exceptional knowledge of Topsail Island which we found helpful. We would definitely consider this property again in the future.

The tower 2 retreat is a beautiful new property! Everything you could need to enjoy your time at the beach is readily available within the unit. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. The check in and check out process was seamless.

Beautiful location and property

This house was absolutely beautiful! We were centrally located and it was an easy walk to the beach. Having everything we could need for the beach provided at the house was a huge plus because we flew into TI and didnt want to buy all new items for a week. The property owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

A fantastic vacation rental

Tower2Retreat is an awesome vacation house, beautiful inside and a fantastic location. We have been coming to Topsail Beach for years and this is the most beautiful home we've stayed in. The property owners were wonderful to communicate with and eager to see that our family had a terrific vacation. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Best beach house ever!

Wonderful time at Tower 2 with our family. Close access to beach and pool was so easy with kids. House is gorgeous, beds comfy, and views from top deck amazing! Hosts are so thoughtful and communicative. We love to cook and the labeled cabinets helped to locate items and put things away appropriately. House is well stocked. So wonderful to not have to bring our own linens. We have found our favorite area on Topsail and will definitely be back.

Gorgeous Home- Great Location

This property is likely one of the nicest I've stayed at in terms of a house-rental. It is beautifully decorated, newly renovated, and fully stocked (kitchen, beach gear, games). It is on a waterway, across the street from the beach, and has a community pool. My favorite parts: the third floor deck overlooking the water and the primary bedroom had a closet so large that we were able to turn it into our almost two year old's room for her pack and play to sleep in (it has an air vent!) so she was cool and in a quiet spot right next to us. I imagine non-parents reading this is potential horror, but to have that type of space for a baby or small toddler to put their crib/pack and play in for sleep is a real gift. My only warning has nothing to do w/the house - it's the beach access that is comprised of stairs and not a ramp. I am sure there is a ramp somewhere but no where within eye or feet distance. So we had to carry our beach wagon up and down the stairs. Otherwise, our overall stay and especially this house was amazing!

Our family has been coming here for generations. Nana, the grandmother of the family, used to spend her childhood summers here beginning in the late 1950s. One of the primary owners spent his childhood summers living at Topsail Beach for many years throughout the 70s and 80s. After saying farewell to our guests who attended our Wilmington wedding, we drove directly to Topsail Beach for a relaxing post wedding retreat.

We have brought our children here every summer since they were born and have planned for the day when we could have our own space to share with our family and friends. This dream became a reality in fall of 2020 when we found a newly constructed and beautifully situated townhome, with all the amenities we enjoy.

We are not sure if we were more excited about the large kitchen, the community swimming pool, or the wonderful views of both the ocean and the sound. Plus, as people who enjoy history, we were excited to find that Tower #2, from Operation BumbleBee, was located and preserved a mere 25 yards from the house.

We now offer this property to others, who need a quiet, nicely decorated, walk-in ready place to retreat and relax!
