Sunny, gorgeous contemporary home, close to downtown Ketchum.

This gorgeous home is perfect for those craving more privacy as it is nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with other beautiful homes. It's perfectly located; 5 minute drive (or 15 min walk) to downtown Ketchum where you can shop, grab groceries or dine in one of the many fine restaurants. We are close enough for a leisurely stroll to Warm Springs Creek, and are in between Warm Springs Lodge and River Run Lodge. In the winter, it's a 5 min walk to Warm Springs Road to catch the bus to either of the ski lodges.

The house offers a contemporary design with all new furnishings, beautiful custom plaster walls and stone flooring , luxury linens and other comforts and amenities.

Upstairs:
A stunning great room with 20 foot ceilings and windows galore! A fully equipped kitchen with every appliance you could possibly need that is open to the living and dining room. There is a cozy fireplace, a centrally located TV and a dining table that seats 8. The living and dining room look out onto a lovely rooftop patio. Walk down the hall from the great room to the powder room / washer and dryer on your right. At the end of the hall is the luxurious master suite and master bath with TV.

Downstairs:
Down the hall from the front door are two adjoining guest bedrooms that have the option of being separated from or open to each other. The main guest bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the side of the house, a small desk and it's own closet with organizers. The adjoining/bonus bedroom has its own closet with organizers. Both There is a full bathroom right next to those two rooms.

Separate private guest suite:
This bedroom has its own private entrance that offers extra privacy for those that desire it. It's a beautifully appointed space with it's own deluxe bathroom and french doors that open on to it's own private patio.

The house offers a lot of privacy in each room and a beautiful area for everyone to come together and relax in the great room, kitchen and outdoor rooftop patio.
This is an extraordinary, comfortable yet gorgeous "Home away from home!"

Great location for 6 of our family attending a wedding. It was about 15 min walking to Ketchum downtown and another 10 min to Sun Valley for shopping. A nice feature was that people could talk in the living room or kitchen, and the bedrooms remained quiet.

Beautiful Modern Home

This beautiful modern home is just what we wanted; close to ski slopes, restaurants and shops. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Michelle, our host was responsive, and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and ski parking

Great spot, right price!

Architecturally significant property that was perfectly located. It would be on par with others we rented if it had a hot tub. But we highly recommend this to anyone looking!

Beautiful house - good location

Spacious and clean. Lots of space to spread out. Games and puzzles available for down time. Convenient to downtown without being downtown.

Fantastic Sun Valley vacation home

The home was perfect for our family of six. Plenty of room, very clean and ready to go. The floor plan was super convenient. And close to, stores , restaurants and ski lifts. Both Michelle and Stephanie were attentive and accommodating. Thank you for a very memorable vacation.

Amazing home close to everything!

The home was exactly as described and as the photos showed. The location was perfect for us to easily get to downtown and all the other wedding activities. Michelle and Stephanie were both so responsive and offered us a late check out if needed. I would definitely rent the home again.

Michelle went the extra mile for our family.

Due to a miscommunication, the property was double booked. The host went the extra mile to arrange an alternative accommodation that was above and beyond suitable for my family's needs.

Fantastic property

This property is in the best location, we could walk/bike to town, walk/bike to trails, and the neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. The house was set up perfectly for our family, kids slept downstairs, master is up next to the kitchen, and my parents were able to stay in the in-law quarters. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, there was plenty of linens and pillows and towels, everything is great quality and the patio is nice and private. The owners were great and were very easy to get intouch with and they were so accommodating! It was a great stay and we will be renting this property again.

Magical stay

This is second year we stayed at Michele and Stephanie’s home. The house is perfect for a family. Everyone has their own space and privacy but also has a wonderful common area to hang out together. Michele is so responsive and wants to make sure your stay is perfect….which is was. We walked and rode bikes everywhere. The location couldn’t be more perfect ideal. We can’t wait to come back next year. We have made so many unforgettable memories here and are excited to continue making more.

Amazing house in a perfect location in Ketchum

We've been renting homes almost every Christmas for the past 20 years in Ketchum and this was our first time staying in this neighborhood. The house was perfect, it had everything you could ask for and was great for our family. The highlight of this rental was the owner. She responded to my questions within minutes and went out of her way to help out when questions came up. Thank you again!

Magical stay

This property was completely amazing! The home is beautiful, spotless, full of everything one may need and so close to the downtown area. The layout is perfect for a family and/or a group to have their own space and privacy but also sit together in the great room or outside on the patio. This is what me and my family have been searching for! We stayed for a month and were not ready to come home. That says it all! Michelle was always so responsive, helpful and so sweet! You can tell how much she cares about her home and providing a wonderful experience for those staying at her property. Our family cannot wait to go back. This is our home away from home when we visit Ketchum!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This was the perfect place for my family from three states to gather for a 50th wedding anniversary, birthday, and Thanksgiving. The space was perfect for different family sleeping arrangements and the main area of the house afforded lots of space for playing games, enjoying meals, and just hanging out. Everything in Ketchum/Sun Valley was easy to access and the walkability to downtown Ketch was a plus. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even leaving a bottle of wine for our family to enjoy. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Atkinson’s market so we didn’t have to cook, but there was everything we needed and more for warming and serving food. The driveway is very steep, so thankfully we could park in the garage to accommodate father with mobility issues. This was a great rental and highly recommend.

Amazing location and home

My family of 8 and 2 grandbabies loved our stay. Michelle made the process so easy and was quick to respond. She even let us check in early. The kitchen is well stocked and the family room large for all to gather. The rooms are separated enough for privacy and the separate mother in law room was perfect for babies that nap and wake up early. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few min drive to the slopes and within walking of town. The beds are super comfortable and we all slept great. My only suggestion would be bigger beds than the ones downstairs that are doubles. They are a bit small for two people in my opinion. I would still give it 5 stars and stay here again! It is such a beautiful location!

We are two sisters who grew up coming to Sun Valley on extended vacations in the summers and winters each year. Later on, one sister lived in the area for 4 years and fell in love with the quality of life.
We decided to buy a home together so that we could spend a lot more time here together and separately with our friends and family.

We love the proximity of this property to the entire town. Its close to everything! We especially love the neighborhood. Its a private, quiet, friendly neighborhood that is very sought after.

The home is unique in that it has several options for sleeping. The beautiful master, the adjoining rooms and the separate guest suite. . In addition the great room upstairs that opens onto the patio is second to none. Plus we love having the garage!
