Well-kept comfortable apartment for up to 2 adults and 1 child. Located close to the motorway for easy access to Zürich, Zug and all regions of Switzerland, the nearby railway station (3 min by foot) means that mobility without a car is ensured.
The apartment includes everything that you need when coming to Zürich, including high speed internet, cable television, private washing and drying room etc.
The flat rate covers all additional costs ("Nebenkosten") except electricity and includes:
• designated parking place in enclosed garage
• free wifi, digital tv and broadcast tax
• hot and cold water and heating (normal usage)
This comfortable and private apartment near Zurich is suitable for a business stay, during the renovation of your apartment, for moving from abroad, longer stays for your guests, etc. Cleaning service can be offered upon request.

I am an engineer, lecturer and author who has lived and worked in many countries. I enjoy receiving guests and meeting hosts when travelling and am also interested in history and languages (I speak four).
I know from personal experience what it is like to arrive in Kanton Zürich and am pleased to facilitate others who also have reason to come here.

There is a feeling of space due to the fantastic view of the lake, while having easy and quick access to Zürich city by train, without needing time or effort for driving and parking.
In summer the bathing facility is less than 5 minutes walk away and includes a café and evening barbecues. The lake water is particularly fresh and clean.
The ship from Zürich to the other end of the lake which stops at the nearby jetty operates throughout the year and uses the same ticket as the train.

The fully equipped apartment includes literally everything that you need when coming to Zürich, including high speed internet, cable television, private washing and drying room etc.
It is located in an outstanding location with beautiful views over the lake and on to the mountains and very conveniently located close to the train station with easy connections to Zurich, Zug and elsewhere. It is also not far from the motorway and the lake ship jetty is within close walking distance.
