Built in January 2021 with exceptional privacy and views. Three (3) stories with garage/laundry room on first floor, residential living on 2nd and 3rd floors. Jacuzzi J-465 5 seater hot tub dedicated for guests on lower covered porch.
Large outdoor porch with grilling located on 2nd floor provides nice views of wildlife around private pond, meadows, and woods. Located in Collierville (Tennessee) by a state park called Herb Parsons lake known for hiking, mountain biking trails, and fishing. Guests can take walks on Lakeview drive that circles the private portion of Herb Parsons Lake. The Wolf river is close by with options to go canoeing, kayaking, etc. Uber Eats is available for drop-off at this location.

Interstate I-40 is 15 minutes while I-269/I-385 is 8 minutes. Spring Creek Ranch (country club) is less than 5 minutes. Restaurants and shopping in the Collierville/Germantown area is 15 minutes (Carriage Crossing). Elvis Presley Graceland is 43 minutes. The Mississippi River, FedEx Forum, downtown Memphis, and Tunica Casinos are within 50 minutes travel.

Girl's Night Out

We cooked a nice dinner and spent the night playing games and visiting with good friends! Then made a cute breakfast in the morning. It was a super comfy stay!

Very pleasing

The hosts were very understanding and I love how they came and greeted us. Property is very beautiful. Lovely yard and view. Arriving at night , very dark neighborhood but once settled, no need to be worried . I will definitely visit again

We LOVED our stay!!

This property was even more perfect in person. It was clean, smelt amazing, located in a nice neighborhood, the lay out of the house was perfect, loved all of the windows and light! I especially was so thankful that the hosts thought of everything possible!

Peaceful and relaxing

Our stay was wonderful! It was so nice to have a space to come to after a day of sight seeing, lots of people, and heat. We were able to enjoy our evening meals there. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Cozy Stay

The location is out some ways , but nothing you can’t handle if your staying for a while. The bedding and the rooms were remarkable , especially for what you pay! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for us to crash while visiting family. It's far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to be a short drive from everything. All the beds were so comfortable. We hope we can snag this place the next time we are in town to visit family.

The house and property were absolutely fantastic!! Loved the location!! Nice quiet neighborhood only minutes away from everything you want or need. Highly recommend this place. The owners make sure you have everything you need in the house and were fantastic to work with.

Amazing and peaceful.

The property was gorgeous and so quiet. Close enough to enjoy the area in Memphis but far enough away to truly “get away”. Owners were incredibly gracious and always ready to help if need be. The accommodations lacked for nothing. Everything was thought of and wonderfully presented. It was comfortable and a true joy to come back to everyday during our stay. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in Memphis meadows.

Best place in Collierville

This property is home away from home. You will enjoy the quiet country setting. We stayed here with our 4 kids and had plenty of room and even had a game night. We enjoyed hot tub and was like a spa of its own. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of linens and towels. This home is so clean and full of personality. Paul and Genny were great hosts and we were all sad to leave this beautiful home.

Cutest Place to stay in Memphis

There are so many great things to say about this rental. It’s new construction and a beautifully crafted home. It has a beach house feeling and is tastefully decorated. Setup is great for having a couple people visit on a pretty day with a big, lovely private porch. The views are so beautiful, it’s like a vacation from the rest of Memphis. The beds and linens were top notch. The kitchen is the cutest! You could make a full meal easily and all appliances are brand new. Fully equipped to cook. The hosts are the nicest people and left a handwritten welcome note that made us feel happy we chose their place. We will always try to book when we come to Memphis in the future!

Wonderful house, gorgeous surroundings

This property is beautiful. Everything seemed new and fresh. Beds were comfy. No amenities were missing. Certainly had everything we needed, but our favorite part was the gorgeous surroundings. The outdoor second floor patio overlooked a lush country setting complete with pond and views of horses (and a donkey) and a great little free range chicken area with a precious coop. We spent one entire afternoon and evening on the patio and made use of the provided grill and tried to soak up the views. Precious family time. Hosts were wonderful too. Very welcoming and accommodating. Loved that fresh home grown eggs were available and the homemade soap. Fantastic experience.

Inaccurate listing, extremely rude hosts, invasion of privacy

I will 1st say I have never had a bad experience with vrbo before. I have never been charged a double cleaning fee. We stay with vrbo quite often for work travel. This listing is inaccurate. No where do they mention that this property is in their backyard about 50 feet behind their house. The second “half bath” is below the unit and you must exit the house, go downstairs, and enter the garage to use it. The second bedroom is a loft with no doors. The host entered our property multiple times without warning. He was “checking on the hot tub” which he then drained during our stay. Albeit it was filled back up before nighttime, but it was odd. One of us was using the half bath down in the garage and he was coming in and out without announcing himself and we had no idea who he was. He came in the property multiple times. Since the hot tub and second toilet is located in the garage, this is apart of our “rental area” and he had no business entering without announcing or sending a message letting us know he would be coming in. family played in the backyard with their dogs and fished in the pond for hours while we sat on the back patio and they continually looked up and watched us the entire time. Upon checkout, we took all trash out, washed all dishes, removed all linens and placed on the two beds, hosed down porch. cleaning fee was double due to a small bbq stain on comforter (no stain remover for me to use) and linens being on 2 beds not one. Host sent rude messages at checkout

All good. Grease in the grill caused a ton of smoke. We think we got it burned off but might be worth taking a look. Bottom third of the outside TV went dark.

The rental was amazing, spacious for what I was looking for, and overall very well furnished. The stay was for my niece's wedding where myself and my folks (grandparents to the bride 78 and 81) couldn't have been more happy with how nice and comfortable the rental was. Although there were many steps, my mother with 2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement felt the stairs were wide and how nice the railing was to help here climb the steps. I'd recommend this beautiful place in the country to anyone traveling to the Memphis area. Will definitely be renting again when traveling to the Memphis (Collierville area) to visit my niece in the near future.

Graduation stay

Enjoyed our short stay at Memphis Meadows!! This home is in a nice quiet area and the hosts are very responsive. The home is very clean and the owners have stocked it well. We would definitely stay there again.

Originally from Milwaukee (Wisconsin), we have been married for 30 years with two kids in their 20's. Genny does the hosting and Paul does the home improvements/repairs.

Memphis Meadows took 4 years of nights and weekends to build using reclaimed lumber, supplies, and materials. The majority of the building supplies were purchased from Facebook marketplace. YouTube and Google were key learning sources. Without a doubt, family and friends made Memphis Meadows become a reality with their help. All components of the building process followed TN county standard building inspections and approvals. Key fact of Memphis Meadows? Hurricane and tornado proof...because of 2x6 walls with blocking, excessive metal straps, and hurricane clips.
