The house is divided into 3 completely separate units with plenty of privacy! Each unit has a smart lock, individual entrance, kitchen, bathroom, private fenced backyard Patio and parking.

Yellow flower unit:

Backyard: tall fence, charcoal grill, hammock, table with chairs.

Bedroom: king size bed, closet, sliding glass patio door (slightly tinted, has a lock, and a mosquito net)

Cute Little Cottage

Was just what we needed, came with our 2 dogs, great little outside area for them, everything we needed for our short stay.

Really really cute property with excellent hosts

We only had to work out a couple of little issues right away, and they were wonderful and handled it immediately. I love the husband and wife couple that runs this place. They are so hardworking and kind and efficient. They did such a beautiful job making this property look very nice inside and out.

Wonderful Couple Runs this Beautiful Property

I have to tell you guys, it really made me feel better to have human beings there that run the property, instead of always dealing with online emails with people you've never met, like other VRBOs.Margo and Yuri are such an amazing married couple. They work so hard, and if you just message them, they will help you with anything you need.The landscape outside is beautiful too.

Back at our usual Largo Spot!

We really enjoy the VRBO. This was our third stay! Two comments this year: 1. Pillows need to be replaced 2. Would love a curfew for sitting on patio and talking loud and drinking til 2:40 am!! The first night we arrived after a 10 hr. Drive. Other than that, it is a great place to stay!

Plumbing

Had some issues with the plumbing not draining correctly. Host Margo was attentive to the issue. Our dog enjoyed the backyard and me, the hammock.

Off the beaten path

The little place was very quaint. The bed was more comfortable than my own and the shower was huge. Loved the little fenced in yard, loved the landscape. My only complaint would be better ac. The little units caught up later at night. Im very hit blooded so thats probably just me. Overall a great place to stay. My son complained about the internet, but that doesnt bother me i dont play games and he will survive lol. Highly recommend, close to everything and the price point was good.

Disappointed and overpriced for what was actually provided. The bathroom was dirty on arrival, the host lives on the property and came over immediately to clean it. Promptness was appreciated but it made me question the overall cleanliness. The grill was dirty and rusted, not usable for cooking food. The decorative pillows on bed were stained and the towels had holes and were discolored. The backyard was great but the neighbor has a dog that barks constantly. You can hear EVERYTHING, including the people in the attached apartment and host opening and closing doors in the home which is about 10 yards away. The internet is slow, streaming shows kept delaying or timed out. Just expected more for $250/night.

Yellow Room.

Since becoming a "pet friendly" stay, I had barking dogs all night ling. Neighbors played TV at maximum volume. I got ZERO sleep. I left at 2:30 AM for all the noise. Never stay there again!

It was a good spot Close to stores and a great park. Walked with dogs daily.

Overall a good experience. Mostly quiet but neighbors dog in back likes to bark and that was annoying when you wanted to be in the backyard.

Largo is too far from beaches and cool restaurants. But our hosts gave us heaters for the cold snap.

The Yellow flower was cozy and nice to have patio. Safe neighborhood close to shopping. No sidewalks but parks nearby. Need a fan in bathroom. Very humid in block building. Only Netflix and Amazon, but no cable tv. Again hosts very attentive, and price good.

It was cold inside and outside

Key code was incorrect and was locked out when we returned late at night, took a while to get inside. Small heater failed to keep us warm, too cold to even take a shower. We survived!

Small place - LOTS of fun!

The apartment and backyard were small, but beautifully arranged and decorated. Would more comfortably fit 3 adults than 4, but works fine if you're cozy with one another. Perfect location - close to stores and the beach. If you are not a fan of staying in someone's backyard, this may not be the place for you. However, it is still very private and you rarely see other people on the property. For me and my friends, it was wonderful! Will 100% be staying again.

Wasn't what we expected

The house inside is very accommodating. The outside was a little old and worn out not what we are use too. However, she did email me back quickly if I had a question. I asked her for late check out because my husband was going to up later. She did okay the normal check that is usually at 10am but she told us 12 noon the latest she did not apparently tell her husband. So he knock on there door and told us check out is at 10 it was already 11am but he told us we had to leave now. So the promise was not kept..The outside is nice but no bug control severe mosquitoes so we couldn't enjoy it at all. The direction there is very confusing you just not sure what property is what. So as long as you concealed like we are then you would feel safe.

Fantastic little place!

This is a great little spot to hang between trips down to the beach. The owner was very responsive to questions and made sure we were settled in. Our little dogs ( 2 Frenchtons) had an absolute blast playing in the little fenced patio.

Yellow Flower

The rooms were extremely clean, organized and stocked. The bed was very large, cozy and comfortable. The oversized TV was a pleasure. I recommend this property to all of those interested.
