We offer our villa with swimming pool for seasonal rental:<br><br>Located in the Drôme Provençale, in the charming village of Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, in the heart of vineyards and olive groves, the villa offers a breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux. The shops and restaurant of the village are within walking distance in a few minutes.<br><br>The location allows you to visit mythical places such as Vaison-la-Romaine, Avignon, Orange, etc. The surroundings are pleasant and suitable for lovers of cycling, walking, gastronomy and idleness.<br><br>Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa has a large terrace opening onto a large swimming pool (11x5 meters) totally private, for your exclusive use. The house offers 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The spaces are articulated as follows:<br>- On the first floor: a living room consisting of a dining kitchen open to the living room, an entertainment hall with table football, 3 bedrooms (two double bedrooms and a bedroom with three single beds), a bathroom with double sink and shower, an additional shower room and a separate toilet. The first floor opens onto a large terrace, the swimming pool and the garden.<br>- Upstairs: a second living room, a dining room, a second kitchen opening onto a large covered terrace with stone barbecue, 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with 3 single beds), a bathroom with double sink and bath-shower and a separate toilet. This floor offers a balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of the Baronnies massif on the pool side, as well as a comfortable covered terrace, ideal for long summer evenings with a view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding nature.<br><br>All the necessary equipment for your comfort is provided: two barbecues, two washing machines, a dryer. In addition, for the little ones we provide 2 high chairs, 1 travel cot and 1 bottle warmer. Finally, the ping-pong table, table football and petanque balls will not fail to accompany your entertainment.<br><br>Located on a fenced plot, the villa offers private parking for several cars.<br>The pool is secured by an alarm.<br><br>Booking from Sunday to Sunday, 7 days minimum. Linen and utilities included in the price.
