Located at the 24MM, this home has close access to everything on the lake - with Paradise right at the end of the cove! The home boasts nice cozy furniture, comfy beds, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room, and fast Wi-Fi. Additional features include:

- Large dock with Wet Steps and high dive and lounge seating.
- Large, high roof, cruiser slip for '38 craft.
- Open slip for jet ski
- Game area with flippable Pool table and Air Hockey Table
- Plenty of bedding and linens and fully stocked kitchen
- Parking for 4-5 vehicles

This home is an excellent hang out for friends or family. Nice large deck to enjoy the sunshine. Deep and quiet cove for enjoying all the water has to offer. This is the perfect spot on the lake with everything you'd want nearby.

Quiet part of the lake

We enjoyed staying here for a week this past summer. Great part of the lake…close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Would love to stay here again!

Loved the location and the dock

Really enjoyed our 7 night stay! The setbacks were the parking area and the fact that a dead tree branch fell on our car. Matt was very quick to respond to texts. Did not use the bbq grill because we refused to clean it as the previous renter left it dirty and cleaning crew did not clean.The dock was fantastic and loved how husband and I had our own area downstairs. Let daughter and her husband have the master bedroom, and teenage grandchildren had the other upstairs bedroom.Plenty of air conditioning, we even turned ours off downstairs.Rented a Tritoon for 2 1/2 days, loved having dock space for that. Lake of the Ozarks was well worth the visit! Sunrise Beach area was close enough to everything.

Property was not clean. Property owner thanked me for feedback and said he’s trying a new cleaning company. My 175 cleaning fee might have been sent to cleaning company but they didn’t clean property for someone to rent we cleaned ourselves.

Lake Week.

Eight of us stayed here for a week. Place was great. Kitchen well equipped. Nice cove, not a lot of wake. Nice dock. Everything was as advertised. Good communication with owners. Only thing lacking was a fish cleaning station but I get that’s not everyone’s thing. Would stay again.

Great location, cozy house

The location is great and we loved the dock. Lots of extras provided in the home which was helpful. One downside was having only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the entire home so we had to purchase more. There were also a lot of portable AC units to help cool the house, and dead bugs were all around the windows and doors. Other than that, the house was very clean and cozy for our group of 4 kids and 4 adults. Great value for the money.

Not worth the amount paid

I took quite awhile to think about writing this review because I’ve never given a poor review the times I’ve stayed at property through VRBO. I had high hopes for the home , but somehow missed the info that there was no central air. It was comfortable enough once we had all the units going. The home definitely could have been cleaner. Bathrooms were very small especially the one upstairs Photos didn’t accurately show the property This was a time when my family gets together for a stay. Grandgirls get a chance to be together! But the worst problem was the fact that there was mold in the one bedroom and my son’s family drove to stay there but immediately left bc of the mold. So out planned time together did not happen! We notified the owners, but they couldn’t get ahold of cleaning crew I wanted to write an honest review because when I booked the house, all of the reviews seemed to highly recommended this home. I cannot give it a good review because of the mold, lack of cleanliness, and no central air.

The minute we walked in the door it smelled old and musty. Within 5 minutes of being there the curtain rod fell off the wall as we were opening the curtains. Cleaning lady was still there and told us someone would come fix it but they never did. We had gotten groceries and every kitchen cabinet was packed with “stuff” leaving us with nowhere to put anything but piled on the counters. One cabinet was full of food that was just left behind and we left that alone. We also filled a trash bag with food items left in the frig from previous customers, so there would be room for our food. I would have expected that to be cleaned out. The house doesn’t have central a/c so the units they have are old window and floor units. The master bedroom doesn’t have its own bathroom so its shared with the other bedroom upstairs. LOTS of dirty silverware and cookware that we had to rewash before using. The patio was great but the furniture was filthy, we had to brush and hose it all off. The grill was disgusting, obviously it hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time which was disappointing. Would have done it ourselves but it was just that bad. More cleaning that we should not have to do. The boat dock was good, nice heavy furniture down there to relax on although very dirty also. I loved how close the house was to the dock, very few steps makes it easy carrying coolers to the boat. Great water location in quiet cove. Overall, this house needs a major overhaul if they want returning customers.

Just right size for our family of 9

Easy to access, owners were very accommodating. We ate all meals in. Fun time in the lake.

Great Getaway!!

The house was very accommodating, very clean and fit our family perfectly. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey table. The dock was just a few short stairs away, the dock ladder and diving platform was a big hit, we loved that it was a deep water cove. The bathrooms were a bit small but everything else was very great!! Would definitely visit again!!

Very Nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Checking in was easy, and the hosts were always available if we needed anything. The house was very clean. The Dock was nice. They even have a extra boat slip if you want to rent a boat. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The deck has a nice big table we had dinner outside every night we were there. The only negative is the drive way but once we figured it out it was fine. I would stay here again. Probably the best vacation so relaxing.

Pretty Good

The house is nice, but the bathrooms are why only 4 stars. There is a too small bath upstairs, and a better one downstairs but neither is en suite with the master bedroom. The driveway is tricky due to steepness. But the kitchen is nice, the deck is really good, and I imagine the dock is awesome for a Summer stay. We were there at Thanksgiving.

Wonderful Weekend at the Lake

The property is great - well-decorated, comfortable, has all the necessities, and in a good location. Communication was great from start to finish. Parking is a little unique, but no issues once you figure it out. The dock is great. We spent so much time out there swimming, floating around, and fishing. The slip can easily accommodate a decent sized boat. There is no central AC but each room has a window unit and we had no issues with indoor temps at all. Overall it was a great weekend and my family would stay here again.
