Less than 10 km from Paimpol, between land and sea, the Ty Fleuriane cottage will offer you a peaceful stay, close to the port and the beach of Bréhec (1 Km) The shops are 2 km away.
Françoise & Marc welcome you to their charming little cottage for 2 people (possibility of 3 beds) opening onto a terrace and a small unfenced flower garden.
Parking inside the property (a driveway and a courtyard separate the cottage from the owners' house)

You will enjoy the hiking trails on the GR34, many visits nearby such as the abbey of Beauport, the unmissable island of Bréhat, the castle of La Roche-Jagu on the banks of the Trieux....
The Côtes d'Armor will enchant you by making you discover various landscapes, its cultural heritage and its gastronomy....

**For the period of July and August, the arrival days are Saturday 4 pm, and the departure days are Saturday before 11 am, so that the cottage and its exteriors are cleaned and ordered for your comfort.

This maisonette is ideally designed to accommodate a couple, (but possibility for an additional bed, 1 child with bed 90).
This 38m2 rental has on the first floor, an entrance to the living room (wardrobe, sofa + armchair, coffee table, TV, open to a fully equipped kitchen (dining area, fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob, electric kettle, coffee maker + coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron and ironing board)
The bathroom is also on the first floor, it has a toilet, a shower, and a vanity unit. ( + hair dryer )
Maintenance products provided.

The first floor consists of a bright bedroom, overlooking the garden, with 1 bed of 140x200 and a bed of 90x190. (dresser, small desk, armchair, clothes rack)
For any one-week rental, bed linen and towels as well as dish towels are provided free of charge. For a shorter stay, a sum of 5€/pers will be requested on arrival. Of course, you can bring your own linen. (we do not provide beach towels)

For cleaning, you must leave the cottage clean and tidy, as when you arrived. Cleaning products are provided.
However, you can choose the ''cleaning'' option for your end of stay, a sum of 50€ will be due to you during the inventory of fixtures. Please let us know in advance of your choice.

Parking inside the property.

You have the possibility to take the bus line (200 meters from the house) to go to Paimpol or to all the towns of the coast to St Brieuc via the beach of Bréhec. The trips are made every day.
