This three-story, five-bedroom home in the Wildhorse Meadows development offers gondola access to the Steamboat Resort base area and the community pool, hot tubs, and fitness center. This custom home has 4,154 square feet of contemporary mountain luxury and abundant windows that take in natural light and frame the incredible views of the green space and mountain landscape. The main level has an open plan with a bar, a dining area, a large mudroom, and a patio with a built-in grill and seating. There is a junior suite on the main floor with a smart TV. The upper floor has a main bedroom with a Tempur-pedic bed, a large balcony, and an expanded shower and tub. In addition, the upper level has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and smart TVs.

A soak in the private hot tub is just the ticket after a long day of activities. Let the games begin in the basement with an eight-foot pool table, a 14-foot shuffleboard table, a TV, a bar table, and a darts gaming area. There is a cozy board game/TV nook as well. The basement bedroom has a bunk and trundle. The heated garage has ski and snowboard storage and a heated boot warmer rack. There is a Sonos sound system in the main areas. Summer visitors will also love the wildlife and scenery they find on the nearby Thunderhead Hiking Trail.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
