Take off your shoes, flip flops or boots, relax, unwind and leave all your worries behind! Lazy Loon has mini split air conditioning/ heater units & ceiling fans in every room. Relax on your couches, beds, mattresses and pillows. No need to be inconvenienced on your vacation if the power ever goes out with a 22 KW automatic generator for your stay.
Take in the expansive views of Locke Lake from every inch of this peaceful paradise, choose from many comfortable areas to relax, in the kitchen area, on the couches with the warm ambience of the fireplace (seasonal Oct 15- April 1) or on the large 10 x 34 Trex deck. Excellent free WiFi. Game room in garage with pool table, air hockey, foosball and a large connect four game. Both kids rooms have arcade games, 1- Galaga arcade and other room a 300+ variety of popular retro games all free play
Lazy Loons Landings has a 3 seat large kitchen island and 12 person seating with large table to gather for a meal or play one of many board games provided. If you decide to take a break and not cook, there are several restaurants close by.
New Hampshire has all 4 seasons and our lake home is perfect all year long.
Depending on the time of year, Summertime- Swim, fish or walk down to the lake and go out for an adventure with one of many of our free recreational toys to enjoy. Want to waterski, jet- ski or go boating? There are many rental companies close by to use them on nearby Lake Winnipesaukee or Alton Bay 7 miles away.
Autumn- leaf peeper? Plenty of hiking trails close by
Winter time- when the lake is iced over and safe, ice skate, snow shoe, ice fishing. Want to go motorized? Take your ATV, snow mobile etc. on Lake Winnipesaukee for a spin. Gunstock is close by for sledding, skiing and tubing.
Feeling hungry? Barbecue on the gas grill. Make s’mores, relax, cuddle and get warm by the lakeside fire pit, the 330 feet of lakefront is absolutely breathtaking.
Early risers can catch the sunrise from the lake off the bedroom from the spacious balcony or lakeside with a cup of fresh brewed coffee, tea or hot chocolate or if you prefer a romantic night with the view of the sunset and starry skies with a glass of your favorite wine or beverage.
When you’re tired and ready to rest up for another amazing day, the new mattresses, clean linen, pillows and blankets will ensure a restful night sleep.
