The cabin was exactly as described. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to be able to cook meals which was important for our family of four. The cabin is secluded and yet the closest town is only ten minutes away. We had plenty of room and had a nice vacation.

Great house, in a superb quiet location. Great for families and couples. Every amenity you could need, a great host. Very comfortable home, felt very inviting and serene. We loved the location, the wildlife and beauty of the house. A. It’s stay in DC.

We spent 4 days with some friends and it was a perfect place to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the woods. Though it feels remote, it’s just a fairly short and easy drive to restaurants. The cabin’s story is unique in its story, and rustic in its presence, yet has everything you need right there. Beds were comfy, and Lisa the host was extremely timely in all communications!

We loved staying at Land’s End! What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature as well as partake of the many opportunities for things to see and do in Door County! Everything we needed to prepare meals was available! Beds comfortable and shampoo and body was a nice extra not always available! I especially appreciate Lisa’s instructions for check-in and check-out! You will not go wrong by renting this cabin!

Host communication from Lisa was very good -- helpful and responsive -- and her property manager was great. The cabin is rustic, as described, and functional. There are some minor tune-up items that we suggested to Lisa and she was very receptive. Although it's not right on the water, it's a great jumping off point for the bay, the lake, and all the Door County has to offer.

The cottage was just as pictured and described.The house was ready and very clean on our arrival.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for food preparation and storage.Checkin went very smoothly and we received many communications from our host making sure everything was going well!I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a rustic getaway in the woods:John B

Affordable price for our group of 7 folks. The house was clean and looked as advertised. Lisa, our host was very responsive and made sure our stay was good. During checkin, it initially took us 10 mins or so to figure out the switches and lights in some rooms but other than that fantastic experience.Cozy feel and the kids got to see wild deer frequently around the house which was cool. The living room has high ceiling and very nice to hang out.Overall great stay and highly recommend!

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for in a quiet, rustic corner of Ellison Bay. It had all the amenities we needed, excellent communication from the hosts, and easy process all around. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at the cabin with our two kids, and we were never bored. We saw deer in the backyard everyday and our kids couldn’t believe how quiet it was. The cabin was clean and well stocked, cozy and comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Great host, terrific communication throughout the whole process. Spacious, well-stocked, convenient to everything. VERY quiet! We would have wished for a washer and dryer, but that was never included. (I only point it out for folks with families.) All in all, it was a great home base from which to explore northern Door County! Thanks, Lisa!

Family Vacation

Great cabin! Plenty of space for our family of 5 - teenagers upstairs, parents on the main floor. Close to everything in door county but quiet in the evenings.

Wonderful quiet and cozy cabin
