Perfect paradise stay! We traveled with 3 littles under 10 and this location was amazing. Seconds from the beach, activities and food. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make meals. Enough paper products are provided to get started but you’ll likely need a little more. The host is extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the area.

Great stay!

We had such a good time at this property. The indoor pool was a huge hit for the kids. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! Jenna was very responsive with any questions. The condo is in the perfect location to the beach access and it was very convenient to have a Bar & Grill by the pool.

Short spring break trip.

Good location, close to grocery and the board walk. The wagon and chairs were great all we had to do was add our cooler to get everything to the beach.

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach

The property was just as described. The owners were very nice and even informed us about possible bad weather and its affect on other amenities.

Loved the ice maker in the freezer! Provided really nice beach chairs. Wagon handle is broken so its not really usable to pull. The villa was great! The view was so relaxing to wake up to in the mornings. Thank you for allowing us to rent your villa!

The overall resort looks a lot better in photos online. In reality, it is very dated now and needs a lot of upkeep. As far as the actual condo, we found crumbs and hair on the sheets in one of the beds and there was still old coffee in the coffee pot when we checked in. The insides of the drawers of the furniture and in bathrooms were really dirty. The elevator for our building was out of service the whole week we were there, so we had to haul all of our beach gear to another building to use an elevator or carry it all down stairs first before putting it in the beach wagon. The beach for the resort is really good, just a long walk. The shuttle is very convenient if it is running at the time you are going/coming. The pools are clean, just need updating to seem really nice. My kids enjoyed going to the indoor pool to get out of the sun - it was never crowded. The hot tub at the indoor pool however had no water in it and was out of service the whole time we were there - really bad look for the resort. We brought bikes for our family and there is a large place to store them if you can find a spot - a lot of old broken down bikes in there that look like they haven't been ridden in years.

Perfect family spot

This properly was the perfect family spot. It was modern, clean and the perfect size to spend a week. The pool and pool deck/area were amazing for the family (especially the kids). The straight shot down the boardwalk to the gorgeous beach was more than ideal and one of the main reasons we opted for this property. Load your beach cart, down the elevator and off to the beach. Everything about this place was easy except leaving.

Hilton Head Vaca

This condo was clean and updated. The unit was in the closest building to the beach, but was still a LONG boardwalk walk to get there. They offer golf cart rides if needed. The waves on this beach were AWESOME! My sister stayed a ways down the beach at the Westin and they had NO waves. Cocos on the beach was very cute. The host was VERY easy to contact and responded right away. We had a great trip!

Amazing time!

I loved everything about this property! The walk to the beach was gorgeous and relaxing. (Even when pulling a wagon full of chairs and boogie boards). The bed in the master was super comfy. My 13 year old son said the couch was comfy as well, but he can literally sleep anywhere. Lol. Property was well maintained and check in was a breeze! Took less than 1 minute! Thank you for allowing me to call your place home for the week. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful, clean property

This is a wonderful condo! Recently updated. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are new. Jenna, the property owner, is very kind and quick to respond to any questions. The walk to the beach is about 10 mintues on a very nice boardwalk through the marsh with beautiful scenery. The pool is large and can get crowded during the day. The pool bar staff is very friendly and makes delicious drinks. Parking is easy and close to the building. The location of the resort is pretty central on the island with quick access to shopping, groceries, restaurants. We definetly plan to return next year!

Beautiful HHI

We had a very nice time in Hilton Head. The location to the beach is wonderful, only about a 7 minute walk on the well kept boardwalk. The community itself is older and you can tell with the shape of the buildings, but the grounds were clean and kept up. Unit is in building one which has a nice outdoor pool ground level and is the closest to the boardwalk to the beach. Location of resort seemed to be mid island so easy to go either direction. The unit itself was clean, had a nice little porch with a great view, but I would say for a family of 5 it was a little cramped for us. Having 2 bathrooms was great, but the bedrooms were small and there wasn't a lot of room to store things as one of the bedroom closest was full with beach gear (which was nice to have) and other odds & ends. I did see lockers on the ground level which seemed like it would be a more ideal place to store the beach gear in my opinion. The unit while has some recent upgrades still could use some repair, but really not a detriment to the stay. We didn't have any extra trash bags or dish soap which I am assuming was an oversight from the cleaners. Honestly I think my biggest gripe was how squeaky the bed in the master bedroom was. We had a toddler in a pack & play next to the bed so maybe bothered us more than it would bother anyone else. Aside from a few issues in the unit, we had a great stay and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Her unit really couldn't be located in a better spot!

Convenient location and nice place

Overall this was a good location. The place has multiple pools and a bar. You can walk across the pier to get to the beach. All the shops are within a 5 minute drive. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would improve was the cleaning service, they left sand all over the beach stuff and a dirty rag in my bathroom floor. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

Great location in the (“summer”) building with the outdoor pool and very quick access to the boardwalk to the beach. In reality, however, any of the 4 buildings has quick and easy access if you are willing to walk a little. The apt is located behind the restaurant on the first floor, so there is no view of the pool itself, just the top of a building. Not ideal. The balcony has a pleasant view of the small lake and marsh, so that is a big plus. Their were a number of things broken or not functioning at the property, such as window blinds, recliner, and bedroom ceiling fan and rattling vent. Owner was contacted, so hopefully these get fixed. There was also little to none in the way of needed items, such as shampoo, soap, cooking spray, condiments, dish soap and sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee, etc. These aren’t always included, though most of the VRBOs i have used include some, especially when price is a little higher than comparables. Just saying bring your own or be prepared to hit the Kroger down the street for bare necessities. Beach chairs, pull cart, boogie boards and a few beach toys included. In general, this apt had many nice upgrades, as pictured, and location was convenient, and with a few fixes, it would be a good choice. It’s not the best VRBO we stayed in, but you don’t go to HH and stay at this resort to be in your room all the time. Enjoy!

Great Visit

View was great. Walking the boardwalk was great and taking the shuttle. We liked to reserve our chairs and umbrella on the beach so they were there waiting for us. People very friendly.

Very nice accommodations for a couple or small family

Very nice, modern condo looking out over the lagoon. Closest building to the boardwalk to the beach. Gated complex with lots of amenities. Would stay here again!

Relaxing Stay

The property and amenities were nice but it was quite a far walk to the beach. The unit was very clean but the furnishings could use some updating, beds were soft and uncomfortable. Overall we had a nice relaxing getaway.
