This beautiful condo features 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: queen; Bedroom 2: full and twin bunkbeds) to comfortably sleep 6, with 2 full bathrooms.

Located in Building 1, this villa has been thoroughly renovated and freshly painted. This beautifully appointed ocean & lagoon-facing villa features an upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have tiled showers and comfort-height vanities. The primary bathroom features a large double vanity for plenty of space to get ready. Located in the closest building to the ocean (Building 1) with its own pool, this villa comes with everything you could possibly need to make sure your vacation is enjoyable and memorable. Come enjoy the beautiful lagoon and golf course views off your private balcony and have a cup of coffee during sunrise as the birds come into the lagoons and marshes. You're likely to catch a sighting of our resort alligator who enjoys sunning in the lagoon directly off the balcony. This villa is centrally located to all resort amenities, steps from the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, boardwalk, and beach shuttle (operational times may vary).

Living & Dining Room: The living room contains a sofa and chair along with 46 inch flat screen. The dining room contains a round 4 top table with 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Off the back of the living room is our balcony that overlooks the lagoons with fountains and a golf course. The patio includes chairs and a table. FREE WI-FI & CABLE INCLUDED

Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, all cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and microwave. Don’t want to cook? Order from the Island Grill and Deli, located steps from the front door, or enjoy a meal overlooking the beach at Coco’s. (Coco's and Island Grill are open March - November)

Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom faces the ocean side and has a queen-sized bed with pillowtop mattress, dresser with 32’ flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, plenty of closet space, and a private bath with vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest Room: The guest room includes 3 separate beds with a full-size bed, and twin bunk beds. Guest room features plenty of storage space and TV. Outside the guest room is the 2nd full bathroom with a shower and comfort height vanity.

Resort: Hilton Head Resort provides a resort and personal residence experience at a value found nowhere else on Hilton Head Island. Our gated resort contains two outdoor pools (open March - October), one heated indoor pool with a hot tub (one of only a couple indoor pools on the island!), sauna, and kiddie pool. There are six lighted tennis and pickleball courts, an indoor jogging track, and a gym with exercise equipment. All resort amenities are included FREE with your stay. Bike rentals (located in Building 2) can be delivered to your villa or bring your own and lock them up to our bike racks located near the pool in Building 1. Free wireless internet is available at the indoor pool and in the villa.

Take a short walk (5 minutes or 2/10 of a mile), or a shorter ride via the beach shuttle (May-September), across our private boardwalk to our secluded part of the beach. The scenic walk over the saltwater marsh provides an up-close experience to the wildlife which includes egrets, herons, and crabs. Throughout the boardwalk, you will find educational signs and places to sit and enjoy the serenity that is all around. At the beach, stop by the famous Coco's, and grab some delicious food and drinks, play a game of beach volleyball, or simply enjoy miles of beautiful beaches. Other resort features include The Beach Bear (Opening Spring 2024 - dining and bar), tanning deck (building 2), badminton, pickleball courts, tennis courts, 24-hour security, 2 laundry facilities in each building, and elevators in all buildings.

Other: Included with our rental we offer a variety of items that will provide enjoyment during your stay, including a beach cart, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and play toys (items may vary as guests leave beach items and discard broken items throughout the season).
