Excellent

The location and cleanliness of this condo was excellent. The ocean was a few minutes walk and the fishing pier occupied time with many in the family. The pool was clean and refreshing. There are do many interesting things to do nearby. Eleonora was a great communicator and it was a joy to rent her condo.

Everything was clean. A few minor things need to be repaired but nothing to affect the stay. Communication was fantastic. I would reserve for next year but the property doesn’t have the availability we need. Unit faces the pool. I think that is one of the best views except maybe intercoastal.
View of the pool when standing by it.
View towards Gulf Blvd when standing by pool.
A friend in the pool.

Great stay

This is a great little complex with a very nice pool and location. Beach was across the street a very short three minute walk to watch the sunsets. Close to some local restaurants with great food to walk to. 10 minute ride to John‘s pass for shopping and restaurants as well. We had no complaints about our stay here! We arrived in the dark, so were a little confused about where to pull in or park to find our building but outside of that no complaints!

Sunny days

We had an amazing time! I love the access to the pool some days we didnt want to gather everything up and go to the beach even though it was right across the street, but it was easier for us to go right out our door and lay around the pool! Everything was conveniently located around us! The condo was great and we enjoyed evry minute of our 9 night stay and will definitely stay again!!

The cleanliness made it so comfortable to relax. Pool just steps from door. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Living room furniture comfortable especially the oversized recliner. Enjoyed the beach but spent most of the time at the pool. You could fly in to Tampa and stay here and have everything you need for the beach. Property grounds were well maintained. Many great places to eat including Salt Rock Grill (filet mignon) Crabby Bill's (Cajun shrimp boil and blackened shrimp pasta) and Caddy's (shrimp tacos). Host was very attentive throughout our stay. Looking forward to staying here again!
