The CO Play Hub is a spacious 6-bedroom house with a lovely master suite, basement game room with projector, covered patio, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Every room was recently renovated with your comfort in mind. With 3100 sq ft, there is plenty of room for everyone. Moments from the I70 highway, access to the Denver Metro or mountains is incredibly convenient. Offering privacy, and all the amenities you need for your CO adventure.

We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. The larger table can accommodate 10 people. The smaller dining table can accommodate 8 people. The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, which is complete with an L-shaped sectional, classic coffee table, and a big window letting in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need. While you are enjoying your time in Colorado, you can rest assured that you will be able to charge your vehicle while you relax and enjoy the comforts of home. Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
