2 story house with an open floor plan is great for families. Fenced in back yard great for pets and kids. Luxury quality queen air mattress serves as a 3rd bed when looking to sleep more than 4. Fully furnished basement provides a cozy den like feel. The Maplewood Restaurant & shopping district is located within walking distance. Central location in STL allows for easy access to all parts of STL. Plus the gorgeous River Des Peres Bike Trail is located less than 500 feet from the house! We have the highest resolution internet available in the area (plus router is centrally located so no dead zones in the house) Remote lock access code allows you to access the property with ease (you'll be sent your code upon booking). As a welcome present we also offer all guests a free large pizza certificate to one of the local Maplewood restaurants!

Good place

The house was decent and the host communicative. The location was ideal for us as we have family in Maplewood. We were glad to have found this. Would stay here again.

Wonderful

Our 3 year old had the time of his life after walking in and seeing all of the trucks he could play with. Great location and was the perfect choice for us coming into town for a wedding.

Nice house and nice location

Very nice 2 bedroom house on a dead end street. Within 15 minutes to downtown St Louis and less than 5 minutes to downtown Maplewood.

A fun getaway

The house is in an excellent location. Walking distance to a cute restaurant. It was big enough for us to spread out. Would definitely book again if we are in the area.

'25 Spring Break

We will be back!

It was a great visit! We had a very nice and comfortable stay. The house is close to all the things we like to do when we visit the Maplewood/Webster Groves area. It has a very walkable neighborhood, and it is just around the corner from a nice restaurant (be sure to try the pot roast). Adrian was quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Perfect fun weekend

We enjoyed your home! Clean, great location, everything we needed for the weekend. Your home suited our needs perfectly. We grilled out a couple of times, enjoyed football on the living room tv. Our beds slept great! Thanks for the Post coupon. The food and ambience were on point! We will definitely consider your place again if we visit St. Louis again!

Easter weekend

Our son goes to Webster University nearby and we come to visit quite a bit. We could also bring our dog which is a plus. It was a comfortable house and a great location.

Very clean and spacious two story home in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Impressed with how the owner has maintain this house. If you want to party, look elsewhere. If you want quiet and comfort, this is an excellent choice.

Lovely Stay in Comfortable Home and Perfect Location!

We loved our stay in Maplewood! The house layout was perfect for our two year and 6 month old. We were able to set up the pack n play in the upstairs bathroom for our 6 month old and then our 2 year old was comfortable in the spare bedroom while we enjoyed the master bedroom and king bed! The main floor layout was perfect for our kids to play, relax and watch movies, especially with the giant bean bag. And then we had plenty of room for 3 couples and their kids to come over for dinner and play. The basement was a big hit with the extra toys, giant connect 4, ping pong, and even more space to run around! The location is great for getting on either highway and is super close to lots of great local restaurants. We LOVED the driveway and being tucked away so there was not a lot of traffic on the street. We also were able to easily get groceries, food, and even wine/beer delivered. Adrian was great and quick to get back to us with any questions or concerns. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be using this as our homebase for future St. Louis visits. Thank you again for a great, stress free stay!

Wonderful abode

We had an absolute blast staying at the lemington lounge. We came into town for Christmas and had a relaxing time in a beautiful home. The place was spacious and well stocked and in a perfect location to walk to our old stomping ground. Easy check in andcheck out process, and we loved having on-site laundry. Adrian was so responsive and a true joy to work with. We definitely want to rent this place again.

Just what we were looking for!

Visiting for Parent’s weekend at Maryville University and this was perfect for the family, including the dog. The house is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The pup enjoyed some off leash time, thanks to the fenced in backyard. We hope to be back when spring sports start.

Spring Break Trip

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family with 4 adults and 1 child; we felt very at home. It was wonderful being able to go explore the city and have somewhere cozy and relaxing to come back to and make dinner. We had dinner at The Post for our first night and it had a great atmosphere and wonderful food. Adrian was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back and stay here.

Spacious, clean and conveniently located

Well kept property that was located close to WashU for graduation plus other locations (Maplewood). Safe neighborhood with only complaint being that I could hear (my more soundly sleeping wife could not) a train switching yard that is in the area. Place was clean with plenty use to cook or other close locations for going out.

Very comfortable home

My brother and I were in St. Louis to take care of the affairs of our brother that had passed away a few weeks before, so it was not a fun visit. But it was so nice to have this comfortable home to come back to each night instead of a hotel room. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The host was easy to work with and a good communicator. We would recommend the house.

World Class

This home is fantastic and Adrian is not only a great host but genuinely just a really good person. Me and my family (wife, son, two dogs) were displaced from our home via a house fire. We needed somewhere quick, yet comfortable to stay short term until we could figure out where we’d be staying longer term. With a small family, this was a bit of a challenge in an already stressful situation. Adrian was so kind and accommodating and communicated flawlessly. I cannot thank him and his family enough for giving our family such a nice place to call home while we were away from ours. Needless to say I highly recommend. Thank you Adrian, your kindness and our stay at your property is something we’ll remember forever.

We live here the 3-4 months out of the year that we are back in St.Louis. It has a lot of charm and is very centrally located with easy access to downtown Maplewood, and all the major highways!
