Your small Savoyard chalet "l'ADRET", awaits you in Bluffy between Lake Annecy and the Aravis mountains. <br><br>"Les chalets du Lèc d'Enecy" is a family estate made up of 3 independent chalets which welcomes you in a quiet and enchanting setting in the middle of pines and firs to spend pleasant family, sporting or relaxing holidays with a magnificent view of the mountain of the Dents de Lanfon. <br><br>The proximity of Lake Annecy (3 km) and the resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and La Croix Fry Manigod (between 20 and 25 km) give you access to many activities for all seasons.<br>Hiking, Skiing, Snowshoeing, Sledging (summer and winter),<br>Tennis, via Ferrara, horse riding, adventure park, swimming pool, golf, paragliding over the lake (10 minutes from the most beautiful spot in Europe: Talloires), swimming, cycling and water sports on Lake Annecy...<br>For all tastes for all ages!<br><br>CHALET L'ADRET:<br>Cute chalet of 50 m2 with a maximum capacity of 4 people<br>Beds: 1 bedroom with double bed on the first floor + 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds (stair access see photo)<br><br>The chalet consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 kitchen.<br>as well as a terrace with garden furniture + Weber charcoal barbecue.<br><br>Equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue machines.<br><br> TV - WIFI<br><br>Our animal friends are not accepted (except for any small size (york type - additional costs to be expected). <br><br>For the entire estate: <br>Check-in from 4:30 pm<br>Departure max 10am<br><br>Sheets and towels are not provided. <br>Possibility of rental - 15€ / bed<br><br>The rental price does not include the cleaning of the chalet. Thank you in advance for a complete cleaning before your departure.<br>If you want to enjoy your holiday to the end, a cleaning option is possible.
