The home overlooks the majestic Yellowstone River and is in a perfect location to enjoy all Gardiner has to offer. Yellowstone Beauty Home is located 1/2 mile from the North Yellowstone Gate and the historic Roosevelt Arch. In fact, you can see them from your back deck. From your front door, within several blocks and walking distance are several locally owned and operated restaurants, food trucks, raft companies and coffee shops as well as the Gardiner Market, our wonderful small town grocery store offering a deli and hot case food. The beautiful back deck overlooks the Yellowstone River and all it has to offer from wildlife, waterfowl, and raptors to whitewater rafting as well as a phenomenal mountain vista. The brick patio has a grill, propane fire pit and table and lawn chairs where you can watch the sunsets and evening settle in. You will find the deck or patio a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a full day in Yellowstone.

Yellowstone Beauty is a three Bedroom plus a loft/ 3 Bath beautiful open floor plan, two story home with a loft. This home is upscale and gorgeous. It has AC which is a rare feature in Gardiner homes. The kitchen features granite countertops and very nice, new appliances. It is well equipped with dishes, cooking pots and utensils, blender, mixer, coffee pot, toaster, and crock pot. The kitchen, dining room and living room are beautiful hardwood floors and lead directly onto the deck with two sliding glass doors. There is plenty of room and seating for twelve. It is a perfect layout to enjoy the gathering of several families or friends. There is a smart TV in the main room with wireless internet access. There is a bath with a tall, tiled shower servicing the main floor. There is a loft with two queen mattresses over the deck with a ladder type access from the living room to the loft. This is a perfect, fun space for kids and boasts a spectacular view of the river. It is often difficult to get kids to leave the loft. They LOVE it. Added bonus of the loft is the wonderful night breeze and smell and sound of the Yellowstone River.

The other three bedrooms are located downstairs. The master bedroom consists of two queen beds and an on suite full bath with bathtub. There is a smart TV in the master bedroom. The view from the master is a spectacular view of the Yellowstone River and Electric Peak. The other two bedrooms contain queen beds and are both serviced by a separate bathroom located across the hall. The beds are new, beautiful and very comfortable. The washer and dryer are located downstairs and are available for your use.

You will never be bored in Gardiner. Of course, Yellowstone is only one half mile from you, but alternate available activities in Gardiner include whitewater rafting, horseback rides in Yellowstone and the surrounding Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness, hiking, mountain biking, sightseeing, wildlife watching, ziplining, guided Yellowstone tours, shopping, fishing, or just relaxing on the banks of the Yellowstone River which runs right through the middle of Gardiner. Yellowstone National Park is a vast 2.2 million acres of breathtaking adventure featuring hot pots, bubbling mud, terraces, geysers, wildlife, and gorgeous scenery. Bordering Yellowstone is another 2.2 million acres of protected Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness. This is a vast expanse of wild country that could keep you busy for a lifetime!!
