Very quiet area close to the forest and thus the playground of the bottom of the Mourat.<br>Located 300m from the lighthouse beach (kite surfing spot), 5 minutes by bike from the beach of the guardhouse and 5 minutes by bike from the city center.<br>A restaurant/pizzeria "au petit bonheur" located 300m from the house at the foot of the lighthouse, also offering bread.<br><br>The house:<br><br>House with 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people.<br>The main room consists of a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, fruit press,).<br>The table can be expanded to 8 real seats.<br><br>Bedroom 1: master suite on the first floor with 1 double bed in 140cm and its own bathroom.<br>Bedroom 2: bedroom on the first floor with 1 double bed 140cm<br>Bedroom 3: bedroom on the first floor with 1 double bed 140cm<br>Bedroom 4: Upstairs bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a water point.<br>Each bedroom has its own dressing room.<br>A single separate toilet for the whole house.<br>A second bathroom on the first floor.<br>A large entrance/bicycle garage, with water point and a washing machine and dryer.<br><br>You will have access to the whole house except for the small garage with the rounded door in which we store our personal belongings.<br><br>The house has electric blinds in the living room and manual shutters in all other rooms.<br><br>Bikes:<br>7 adult bikes<br>3 bikes for children from 7/14 years old<br>1 very small bike<br><br>The garden and the exteriors:<br><br>The exterior is enclosed and has two gates. The house can accommodate 4 vehicles, three in the garden in an enclosed way and one in the street in front of the house.<br><br>The terrace on the kitchen side faces east and therefore benefits from the sun in the morning. An electric awning / awning allows you to eat in the shade at lunchtime.
