This stay will allow you to discover the charm of a 61-square-meter duplex located in a former abbey farm, La Saulainière, renovated using high-quality local materials. After visiting the many castles and parks, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside… in the heart of the village of Pontlevoy, where it’s a pleasure to stroll and sample local products: cheese shops, wineries, small weekly markets (as well as a post office, bank, convenience store with a gas station, and a medical center). Younger guests will enjoy the Belle Etoile park, its fitness area, and its City Park. In the summer, Montrichard Beach or the Monthou-sur-Cher lake offer a refreshing swim and other water activities. <br>Embracing slow tourism and heritage preservation: recharging your batteries, promoting sustainable transportation, and meeting local residents…this is also our mission.<br> Inside the home, the living room and kitchen are on the first floor with access to a private patio. The upper floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom.<br> In the small garden, you’ll find a wooden picnic table and a parasol, as well as a barbecue.<br> In the barn, you can store your bikes under cover and even charge your electric vehicle. A ping-pong area with a few pieces of indoor sports equipment is also available during the day.
