Store the boat at the dock and kick back on the lounge chairs on the patio! There are multiple balconies to enjoy, too - just step out from the living room or main bedroom. Each bedroom upstairs includes a full en suite bathroom, and the main bedroom includes both a glass-enclosed standalone shower and a luxurious soaking tub. But no wonder which room you pick, there'll be a ceiling fan set up to cool your sleep. Fall asleep after gazing out at the ocean, and dream of the fish you'll cook up on the electric grill.

You'll be all set up with ocean access at this home, via the canal. But if you'd rather not do the sailing, Caribbean Watersports & Enviro-Tours provides cruises and more watersports fun just under two miles away. Landlubbers will love cruising along the scenic Overseas Highway. Enjoy fresh seafood (as well as key lime pie) at Sal's Ballyhoo's just under two miles from the home.

Dock details: The home's dock can accommodate a boat up to 28 feet long. This is a deep water canal with quick ocean access to the Atlantic. Pennekamp State park is easily accessible as are many restaurants to boat up to in the area.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
