Perfect condo for our family of 4! The layout was great. Large bed for us, and each kid had their own bed. TONS of supplies (laundry baskets which helped for organization, soaps, shampoos, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, tons of kitchen supplies, beach toys, snorkeling gear, fishing pole, even coolers and chairs!). The place was super clean, we had zero issues with comfort (temperature was fine, beds comfortable, tons of extra pillows and blankets). TV had great free channels for kids for down time. Pool was clean and very blue, kids had a blast there. Walkable to the beach and shops/restaurants. Owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. Location also ideal- we traveled all over the island and it was a nice central location. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Fully equipped kitchen. Good size for a family of 4. Really enjoyed our stay, close walk to beach and local resteraunts/shops.

The photos of the condo are very accurate. Also just across from the beach. Plus 2 pools. Restaurants and shops are close by. The reserved parking spot is a plus. Also, just up a few steps and you are there. Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas are available for guest use. Fans are available if needed. Plenty of kitchen items for use even plastic for pool area. Owner emails and texts.

Communication and check in was simple. The location of the condo was ideal for walking to the beach or a short drive to many other sights. We enjoyed the nicer toiletries after a day in the sun and sand. Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kihei Akahi! It fit our family of five (3 being teenagers) really well and was the perfect home away from home. It's within walking distance of a great beach, many shops and some yummy eateries. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

The unit was decorated nicely. The location was great and close to the beach, but there was a large sink hole in the street in front of the property so we had to take a longer route to get to some areas near the property, which was a minimal inconvenience. The biggest disappointment was the A/C. The condo only had a small A/C unit in the living room area so all other areas in the condo were very warm; especially the bedrooms, making it very difficult to sleep. The fans provided in the rooms were dusty and ineffective.

Amazing Stay!

We loved the property. It had everything we needed! It was clean and well-maintained, and the owners communicated clearly and were very helpful in all aspects of booking, checking in and checking out. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our time in this condo! So conveniently located, comfortable beds, wonderful updates and amenities. Host had great communication, and checked in multiple times throughout the process to make sure we had all the information we would need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation

The location of this condo is great. It is close to amazing beaches and shops. Working with the owners was wonderful. They were very responsive and the condo had everything my family of 4 (kids ages 12 and 14) needed.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The condo was everything that we wanted/expected for our stay in Kihei. The accommodations worked perfectly for my husband and I and our 4 adult kids- lots of room! The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were used daily and much appreciated. We Will definitely stay here again!

The property was nice. I wish there had been a little more communication on the AC. There is a window unit in the living room and floor fans. Keeping the windows open does cool it down but made it very humid and sticky. Overall a great place for our family of 4.

Perfect condo for our family

This was a great location for us, easy to explore all of Maui from here, also many places to eat within walking distance as well as within shirt driving distance. Condo was exactly as described & had everything we needed. Hosts were great, easy to work with.
