Sands...Like The Beach is a 3 bedroom/2 bath Gulf view home new to the rental market. This Stunning home has been recently renovated. Just steps to the boardwalk and community pool. This home sleeps 6. All 3 bedrooms have king beds.
The home has a Sonos speaker system. There is an area under the house for dining and Blackstone. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a Keurig duo for both pots of coffee or K cups. Each bedroom has USB charging plugs and pen lights for reading. There is an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. A beach cart and 4 chairs, several coolers, pet playpen and other pet items are available for your use. Relax in the furnished screen room.

Wonderful vacation

This house was perfect for our month long stay. It was clean, very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The area is beautiful and we loved walking our dogs on the nearby beach.

Perfect beach house

Beautiful updated and tasteful beach house, nice neighborhood, perfect for family getaway with the pups. Everyone had their own space.

Best Stay for 3 couples ever!!!

The house was very clean. Everyone there is very friendly. The beach was close and vacant. The pool was close and clean. It was all very charming and perfect for our needs. We had the BEST week here and will be back!! I highly recommend!!

Great house & stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone specifically commented on how comfortable the beds were. Access to both the beach and the pool is easy and the kitchen supplies were well-stocked. We also appreciated the sharing of beach gear like the wagon and chairs.

Perfect Week

The gorgeous house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had plenty of space, inside and out. We were able to bring our dog, who enjoyed the property as much as we did! The item we MOST enjoyed was the beach cart! Our whole family agrees that we will definitely stay in this home again.

Great Beach Getaway

The home was wonderful and we are so thankful we could bring our other family member Rocket (our fur family member). The host was so friendly and helpful. Having the beach cart was extremely helpful for getting things back and forth to the beach. It is a little walk. This is a great home and great host!

You'll love Sands like the beach

The house was amazing. Up to date furnishings and appliances and comfy beds. Amazing deck space with a fenced in yard. We did lose water pressure from time to time and the main shower drain holds a smell. All in all, we will definitely be back.

Good spot/ good stay

Overall a lovely house. Pros: location, walkway to beach, love the rooftop, has all you need. Cons: the bedding was not clean during our stay. There were pieces of weird debris all over the left bedroom bedding and hair all over the middle bedroom bedding. Also the “frogs” nearby made it hard to fall asleep but they weren’t so bad the second night.

Beautiful house but beware of snakes

The house interior is well laid out and furnished, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. However, we would not recommend this location for small children or dogs. The house is next to a swamp and during our week stay we found three different poisonous water snakes in the dog area and under the house around the beach supplies. Every time we went outside an adult had to check for snakes before letting the dog or toddler go down the stairs.

Charming, Stylish, and Relaxing

What a charming little beach house. This property was recently beautifully remodeled and had all the amenities we could ever need - modern stocked kitchen, custom built beds, hotel style lighting. It was perfect for our small family of four, and had lots of outdoor space with porches, an outdoor sitting room, and activity areas under the house. While the house has a beach view, the boardwalk is probably one of the longest we’ve ever seen - at least a 5 min walk to get to the beach at this part of the island. We seemed to be the only ones using the shared boardwalk however, and didn’t mind the walk since we arranged for a cabana to be set up for us each day on the beach. All in all - a fantastic house that I’d love to stay in again soon.

A Wonderful Stay

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas, and we really enjoyed staying at this property. Within a short walk to the beach and the community pool. The property was as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we really appreciated the additional beach carts and gear under the house. The kids enjoyed watching movies in the evenings and there were plenty to choose from. Internet was reliable, we had no issues. The rooftop deck was great for watching the sunset and a quiet spot for your morning coffee. The boardwalk to the beach was under construction during our stay, but we were grateful to find another unused boardwalk nearby. The beach was great, uncrowded, and the occasional vehicle traffic. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

Thanksgiving Bliss!

Fantastic location and set up for our family of 4 (grown teenagers). The gated area was awesome for our dogs. We had a great time and already looking at booking this house again next year. We go to the Cape twice a year and this is our favorite location yet!

An amazing house steps from the beach

A very well decorated and comfortable beach house. It was especially convenient since we travel with our dogs. I loved the outside secure area for them. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. The beds are super comfy as well. It was a short walk to the beach with a nice walkway to get there. I would definitely stay again.

Weekend Trip

Our family enjoyed our weekend trip! Plenty of room for my husband and I, our kids, my parents and dog. Everyone enjoyed the property and especially enjoyed the view sitting outside. It was like a home away from home.

Fun Family Trip

This is our second summer visiting Cape San Blas, it’s always beautiful! The house was perfect for the 5 of us (adult family members). The dogs really loved the play area, the location is fantastic, and the inside absolutely beautiful!

Good Time

Property was as presented. We found it very livable. Clean and updated inside. One great room for kitchen, dining, and living----which was fine. Baths were adequate. We didn't use the other bedrooms (2), but they were well furnished. Property is behind the dunes, so a little hike to the beach on a well built walkway. My biggest complaint for the month has nothing to do with this property other than location. The beach was filthy, covered with storm debris. Not litter, but wood, vegetation, and brown muck washed ashore from the waves. And, there was a lot of "beach" traffic. When walking from the water to the dunes, you had to look both ways because of the stream of cars driving up and down the beach. We've been coming to this area for 12 years and never seen so much traffic! And, in February. I believe the traffic was due to the proximity to Eglin AFB beach--most vehicles were going and coming from there. While we would return to this house, for sure, we probably would choose to look for a less trafficky beach location.

Perfect Getaway!

What a charming, comfortable, clean, and "everything you want & need" escape! We loved how close it was to the beach, and the decor was simply beautiful and up to date. Our group kept talking about how comfortable the beds were! The managmenet team worked with us throughout the process, and the communication was fantastic. We will definitely rent from them again!!!
