Located right in the heart of the marina, its third-floor location (no elevator) and its six high-performance soundproof windows—facing the marina and the sea—along with a Velux skylight, will ensure you have a bright, restful, and peaceful stay. The covered market and its shops, less than 100 meters away, make for a pleasant stay.
The apartment is entered through a hallway leading to the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet.
The living room features three windows with views of the sea and the harbor, as well as a wall with exposed stone. A two-seater sofa situated near a window allows you to enjoy the harbor’s atmosphere and the island’s colors in complete silence and privacy. The kitchen and dining area features a round designer table with four chairs and the following appliances: refrigerator, conventional oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, Nespresso machine, and a television.
A beam runs across the room (clearance height of 1.60 m).
The bedroom is spacious and features a walk-in closet, two armchairs, and three windows with views of the sea and the harbor. The lighting features multi-zone LED fixtures. The bed is 160 cm wide with premium-comfort bedding.
The bathroom features a large sink and a sliding glass shower door; it also houses the washing machine.
