The Artist Studio on Palace Av, history style & Location A.C

Across the street from La Posada Hotel, two blocks from both the Historic Plaza and the infamous Canyon Road, this cute studio offers the best possible urban Downtown location, comfort, luxury, beauty and ultimate proximity to everything. Built as the artist's studio to the Historic Elliot Barker House (Smokey Bear's Father), it has everything you need: spacious front yard, private entrance from Palace Ave, TV, mid size fridge, coffee, electric oven/microwave, a queen bed and a pull-out sofa.

This beautiful space is comfortable, stylish and equipped with all the amenities needed for your stay in our magical Santa Fe. The living/kitchenet space is comfortable for basic food preparation. The sofa bed can accommodate an additional child for a total capacity of three at a nominal upcharge for linens. The studio is great for 2 adults that willing to share the queen size bed that is separated from the living area by wall-to-wall drapes which also add a dreamy feeling to the functional use of the space and privacy.

The fast Internet/WiFi service will make your telecommute and remote work an absolute breeze. 50-inch Roku TV will provide you access to any content through streaming services you subscribe to. Amazon Prime and YouTube Red are included.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a tub, the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing or strolling through the Plaza and Canyon Road on a shopping mission.

Parking: One parking pass will be provided for free street parking on any metered spot on East Palace.

Guest Access: Contactless check in and access to the property is through an electronic keypad. The access to the studio is from the historic East Palace Ave. The Palace Studio is to the right of the main estate and the guest guide, access information and the electronic keycode will be sent to you a few days prior to your arrival.

Additional cleaning for 8+ day stays: Guests who stay over 8 days will receive a mid-stay cleaning at a $100 fee. Guests who stay over 8 days will receive a mid-stay cleaning at a $100 fee. Pets are not allowed

Neighborhood: Downtown Santa Fe is vibrant with pedestrians, street exhibits, many many exquisite restaurants, museums and the Historic Plaza. This majestic home is on the infamous East Palace Avenue. This beautiful street is called Palace as it leads, only one block down, to the Palace of the Governors which looms over the historic Plaza where everything happens. During your short walk down to the Plaza, you will encounter restaurants, museums, galleries as well as Santa Fe's most prestigious resorts catering to visitors who prefer to stay in Old Town. On your left, you will see first the La Posada Resort, then the Drury Resort before the beautiful gardens of the St. Francis Cathedral, Museum of Native American Arts and La Fonda, full of colors, people and joy.

Enjoyed our stay. Space was tight but was apparent on listing. Location was excellent. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Most everything we did was walkable. Parking pass very appreciated. And communication was excellent! Santa Fe is a quaint artsy town. Lots of shopping and artists to enjoy. Sasi and Kutlu were wonderful to work with. Had some unexpected rain, asked for umbrellas and Sasi had them delivered within 5 minutes!! Thanks for a lovely vacation in Santa Fe!! :)

My husband & I found ourselves needing last minute accommodations. While in the process of reserving this property, we were informed it had just been reserved. Our host was so gracious & kind and upgraded us to the most lovely casita. I could not have been more pleased. Our host welcomed us personally & explained everything we needed to know. The casita was so clean & smelled wonderful with relaxing music playing upon arrival. The attention to detail & unique decor was impeccable. We immediately felt cared for and at home. Great location and just right for two

Awesome property!

A truly amazing studio in an excellent location! I have been to Santa Fe many, many times over the years and this was my best stay ever. Previously i woukd stay in a hotel or resort for business, this proposal is by far, the BEST. The pictures really dont do it justice and the lication is ideal.

GREAT SPACE!!!

Really great little space. Very well appointed. It has everything you would need for a stay … very comfortable, nice big tub, coffee maker and Keurig. It is located in a great neighborhood just blocks from the plaza, Canyon Road galleries and lots of great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay again!!

Walking Santa Fe

This cottage on Palace is perfectly located to walk the principal attractions in Santa Fe. We hit the museums, the galleries, Pancakes on the Plaza for the 4th of July - all within easy walking distance. The place was everything we wanted; check in was a breeze as was the checkout. We found our place for visiting Santa Fe.

Perfect artsy getaway

I had the most lovely trip staying here! The space is beautifully designed (love the wooden ceiling and the Spanish tile bathroom w deep tub. Studio is in a quiet location that is also somehow just steps away from the square. I loved that I didn’t need to Uber anywhere. I look forward to staying here again 🌿💙✨

Tasteful and charming Spot right in town!

The property was extremely clean, has everything and anything you need and and is very tastefully decorated! The front gardens and patio are just gorgeous and we loved chilling out there. Sasi and Kutlu were easy to deal with, very responsive and wonderful hosts! The house is right in town so it is walking distance to anywhere you want you go! We loved our time here and highly recommend this spot and these wonderful hosts!

Great property and great location.

We had a wonderful stay here. Communication was very good. The location was ideal, just a few blocks from the Plaza and Canyon Road galleries. We walked to breakfast and lunch every day. The space is beautifully decorated and just the right size for 2 people. I was a little worried about finding a parking space on the street, but it wasn’t a problem. The patio was really nice and the flowers were very fragrant. Highly recommend!

This is an older historic house very close to the square and Canyon Road galleries. It is a small space on the side of the house. Very classic Santa Fe feeling decor with character. We found it very comfortable and well thought-out. Loved the up-down shades with a black out option at night!
