Great Place

Loved the place. It was great place for the teens close enough for them walk down and get ice cream or go to the beach and not be that far away. The pool was an added bonus and came in clutch since double red flags were up most of the time.

The property is across from the beach as noted but no beach view. The queen bed squeaks loudly every time you move - was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The unit was clean and the water pressure is good. There is no ice or filtered water from the refrigerator freezer.

It was wonderful and a one minute walk to the beach. Clean rooms and a safe place for our family. The beach area was right across street with walking distance to Pompaes Joes on the beach. We had an issue there the first night and the manager came right on over to our condo. It was fixed promptly and she even brought over some cookies.Awesome manager!!! Lots of room for family! Great place! Close to everything as well!

Destin Trip 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I has an amazing trip to Destin. This townhome was exactly as described, we couldn't have been happier with the location and the price associated with it. It is literally steps to the beach and you even have a partial view of the ocean from the top floor balcony. We will definitely be staying again in the future.
