Welcome to Hidden Dunes 1501! This 3-bed, 3-bath unit has over 2300 sq ft of spectacular living space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. In the first guest room, you will find another king-size bed, and in the second guest room, you will find two queen-size beds!  This unit has enough room for 8 people to sleep comfortably. The stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family.  Enjoy a meal and family time around the formal dining room that seats 6 people.  The amazing unit has granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, and an extra-large laundry room. The massive balcony is a must-see! This balcony has enough seating for everyone to watch the waves crash against the white sand. As an extra feature for guests, this unit comes with complimentary beach chair service (2 chairs, 1 umbrella)!  Come see for yourself the luxurious Hidden Dunes 1501!

Mid April Stay

The condo location was perfect. Away from the crowds but close enough to all the restaurants and activities. The size was great for everyone. Balcony was amazing for sunsets. Its an end unit so we watched the sunrise from the front entrance without our chairs blocking the walkway.

Large & Clean Space

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. My family and I travel a lot throughout the year and are always looking for new locations to try out. This one did not disappoint. Very nice condo with recent upgrades. Elevators were fast and efficient even during peak times (which is unusual for PCB!). The spaces were VERY clean and well equipped. The view from the 15th floor is spectacular. Dolphins off the shoreline each day and plenty of room inside or out to relax even with a full house. Would not hesitate to book again.

Overall, we had a great experience. The property was spacious, well maintained, and having a complimentary beach chair and umbrella setup for two was a nice amenity.Before our trip, I asked about bringing additional chairs and umbrellas for the rest of our group. I was told we could, but they would need to be set up on either side of the beach service area. Based on that information, I chose to spend over 200 (plus tips) to rent two additional beach chairs and an umbrella so our group could stay together.Unfortunately, the stated policy regarding outside tents and umbrellas was not enforced. Because the beach service chairs were positioned so far back on the beach, large groups with tents routinely set up directly in front of us, blocking much of our view. Had I known this would be the case, I would have skipped the extra beach chair rental and invested that money in purchasing a quality beach tent that I could continue to use on future vacations.The pool area was also very nice, but only if you like 100% sun, We did not spend any time at the pool because there were no umbrellas in the pool area. The sister property, next door, had plenty of sails and umbrellas in their pool area. The condo itself was excellent, but I do think better enforcement of the beach setup rules would significantly improve the experience for guests who pay for beach service.

I’ve also raised the lack of shade in the pool area with property management to explore adding umbrellas or sails so guests can enjoy the pool comfortably. Nice property overall.

Renter read the entire listing. You have to pay for use of the hot tub and while we paid the fee, it never worked. Overall, the condo was nice - very spacious. Furniture is a little hodgepodge and dated, linens aren’t very comfortable, and the tub in master bath doesn’t hold water. Huge porch that is very nice and well appointed. Floors were DIRTY!!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, even with the inconveniences listed.

Great views

Great views. The property floors, bathrooms and dishes were not all well cleaned when we arrived. But the condo and view are fantastic.
