New couches and a 70" flat-screen TV are perfect for movie nights. The kitchen is complete with modern, stainless steel appliances and opens to the living area and ocean views. You will love having a fully stocked kitchen with all of the utensils and small appliances you need- it's a cook's dream! Have coffee at the kitchen bar, or make a huge meal and feed everyone at the dining table! The living area features ample seating, a Queen size sleeper sofa with a gel mattress for extra comfort and gorgeous ocean views. You even have ocean views and a private entrance onto the large balcony from your bedroom. The Guest Room also has a King bed with high-quality linens, a 58" flat-screen TV and ample storage space. The Guest Room also has a balcony with views of Pier Park. The Bunk Room is truly unique, with its own closet, a dresser AND its own 24" TV. The Twin mattresses are XL in length, and each bed has its own shelf with a USB port for charging. The Bunk Room features a custom built sliding barn door for privacy. It is a great space for guests of ANY age.

Please note the fitness center is temporarily closed and under renovation. There are exciting improvements and new equipment coming soon! The temporary fitness facility is now open and available to all guests daily from 6:00AM to 10:00PM.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.
